Quick take: Ravens (2-1) at Browns (1-2)

Last meeting
Baltimore QB Kyle Boller passed for 238 yards and two touchdowns, and Baltimore clinched a playoff berth with a 27-17 victory last December.

Streaks
Ravens have won four of last five matchups.

Last week
The Ravens withstood a fourth-quarter comeback by the Arizona Cardinals and won, 26-23, on a 46-yard field goal by kicker Matt Stover as time expired. ... The Browns mounted a final-quarter comeback of their own in a 26-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders. Pat Dawson's game-winning field goal attempt was blocked as time ran out (after his first successful boot was nullified because Oakland coach Lane Kiffin signaled for a timeout.)

At stake
Both teams need a victory to keep up with first-place Pittsburgh in the AFC North.

Key matchup:
Browns RB Jamal Lewis vs. Ravens defense. The inconsistent Browns will need to find a higher gear to score on the Ravens. Lewis will face his former team for the first time, but Cleveland coach Romeo Crennel might opt to air it out. The league's top-ranked run defense, led by DE Terrell Suggs and LB Ray Lewis, hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown in 10 consecutive games.

Key injuries
CLEVELAND: TE Kellen Winslow (shoulder), LB Willie McGinest (back), CB Gary Baxter (knee). BALTIMORE: LT Jonathan Ogden (toe), DT Trevor Pryce (wrist), CB Samari Rolle (illness), TE Daniel Wilcox (ankle).

Did you know?
In four games vs. AFC North opponents, QB Derek Anderson has completed 77 of 130 passes (59.2 percent) for 1,011 yards with nine touchdowns and 90.9 passer rating. Anderson has a touchdown pass in four of five career starts.
