Keep your eye on ...Jason Garrett's play-calling: Entering the season, Dallas pledged to rely more heavily on its rushing attack after getting pass happy at times last year. The Cowboys had been doing a decent job of maintaining offensive balance until last week's loss to the Packers, in which they called 44 passing plays to only 14 runs. Look for the Cowboys to keep it on the ground more often against a Redskins team that has the league's top-rated pass defense.

DeMarcus Ware's pass-rushing prowess: After a slow start, Ware has really picked up his game in recent weeks. He didn't tally a sack in his first four outings, but has seven in his last five contests. He will look to feast on Washington, which has allowed the league's third-most sacks (31).

Albert Haynesworth's introduction to this rivalry: The last time Haynesworth faced the Cowboys, he made the regrettable decision to stomp on Andre Gurode's face. That proved to be the turning point in Haynesworth's career, as he cleaned up his act and became a Pro Bowl player. Now he faces Gurode again, as a member of the rival Redskins, providing another subplot for this historic NFC East clash.
