The Oakland Raiders have been forced to cancel the final two days of their offseason program.

The league and players union announced Wednesday that they had resolved an unspecified dispute about the team's offseason program.

The release said the team would cancel organized team activities scheduled for June 16 and 17. Players will not be permitted at the facility but will be paid for the sessions.

The Raiders have one additional OTA session scheduled for Thursday and another next Tuesday.

According to the Tribune, the Raiders had no comment.

The Raiders also lost a week of their offseason program in 2007 because of the intensity of practices under then-coach Lane Kiffin.

The Baltimore Ravenswere penalized earlier this week for the same infraction. Their final week of OTAs, scheduled for June 14-18, was called after the union filed a complaint.

Notes:Raiders coach Tom Cable had said Chaz Schilens would wait until training camp to return from offseason surgery on his left foot, but the wide receiver showed the training staff enough during last week's break to come back this week. Schilens missed the first eight games last season because of the injury. ... OL Langston Walker had surgery on his elbow and is expected back for the start of training camp. ... Other players missing Wednesday's workout were LBs Sam Williams and Isaiah Ekejiuba and DL Tommy Kelly. ... DL Richard Seymour hasn't signed his franchise tender and hasn't practiced with the team all offseason. ... The Raiders signed three players this week: WR Damola Adeniji and OL Allen Smith and Elliot Vallejo.
