Rams WR Puka Nacua (knee) active vs. Seahawks

A slight hiccup will not hinder Puka Nacua's status in Week 9.

The Los Angeles Rams wide receiver is officially active for Sunday's NFC West tilt against the Seattle Seahawks.

Nacua exited Thursday's practice with a knee injury and was a limited participant. NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported that the WR is expected to be OK, and his injury was not considered serious.

He did not participate in Friday's practice and was officially questionable heading into Sunday's game.

After missing five games earlier this season due to a knee injury, Nacua was activated from injured reserve and returned to action in Week 8 against the Minnesota Vikings. The Rams Pro Bowl wideout didn't show any rust as he contributed seven receptions for 106 yards in L.A.'s 30-20 Thursday night win.

Nacua isn't the only receiver to miss time this season for the Rams. Cooper Kupp missed four games due to an ankle injury. With Nacua and Kupp out, quarterback Matthew Stafford leaned on Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell, Tyler Johnson and Jordan Whittington. The Rams managed to go 2-2 when Nacua and Kupp were out.

The return of Nacua and Kupp made L.A.'s offense flow smoothly in its Week 8 win over Minnesota, in which the Rams scored a season-high 30 points. Stafford had more passing touchdowns in the victory with four than Weeks 1-7 combined (3), per NFL Research.

This season, Nacua has 11 catches for 141 yards and zero touchdowns in two games.

The Rams (3-4) and Seahawks (4-4) kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday in Seattle.
