Rank's 11 Sleepers: Rise and shine, Kirk Cousins

The playoffs are here. Here are the top sleepers for Week 15.

Ryan Tannehill, QB, Miami Dolphins: He's had at least 14 fantasy points in six consecutive games, and his fantasy points have increased in his last three straight. The Patriots have allowed 12 pass touchdowns in the last five games.

Kirk Cousins, QB, Washington Redskins: Hey look who is the new starting quarterback in Washington. The Redskins want to showcase him for trade considerations, so I expect him to throw the ball a ton.

Start/Sit: Mr. Smith gets the call

Michael Fabiano isn't always sold on Alex Smith. But this week's matchup with Oakland seems too good to overlook. More ...

Jason Campbell, QB, Cleveland Browns: He had the most fantasy points among quarterbacks last week, and the Chicago Bears are really banged up on defense.

Bobby Rainey, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Yes, the matchup is less than ideal, but he's scored five touchdowns in the last five games. In fact, he's scored five touchdowns in his last three home games.

Marcel Reece, RB, Oakland Raiders: He had a bad matchup against the Jets, which was a really bad matchup. So even though it's a tough matchup against the Chiefs, he's a good option if you need a running back.

Toby Gerhart, RB, Minnesota Vikings: He's averaged more than eight yards-per-carry over the last four games. But keep track of if he practices this week.

Chris Ogbonnaya, RB, Cleveland Browns: The Bears have allowed 157 rushing yards per game this season, worst in the NFL. The Cowboys could have killed them had they stuck with the run.

Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Minnesota Vikings: He scored a season-high 20.70 fantasy points against the Ravens. The Vikings are going to want to see what he has going for the rest of the year.

Brandon LaFell, WR, Carolina Panthers: The Jets have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to receivers this year. The Jets have allowed 16 touchdowns to receivers this season.

Dennis Pitta, TE ,Baltimore Ravens: He made his season-debut against the Vikings on Sunday and led the team with 11 targets. He's scored six touchdowns in his last nine games.

Delanie Walker, TE, Tennessee Titans: He has recorded a receiving touchdown in three consecutive home games. And his yardage had increased in four straight home games.

For the record, you can submit your fantasy questions to NFL Fantasy Live, Michael Fabiano or me on Twitter. But realize, NFL Fantasy Live has 100,000 followers, and Fabiano has 100,000. Me? Just four. See, the odds are better I will answer your question, so hit me up both via Twitter or via Facebook. And if you follow him on Sundays, he'll quote "The Wolf" from "Pulp Fiction" and then it's game on! Although, it's tough to catch me on Facebook. Twitter is your go-to.
