Redskins punter Bidwell injured in pregame; tackle Williams out

Redskins punter Josh Bidwell appeared to injure his leg while warming up for the game against the St. Louis Rams, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic reports.

Bidwell was punting when he injured himself. He was helped off the Edward Jones Dome field by kicker Graham Gano, who returned to the field and attempted several punts. Gano would be the likely fill-in for Bidwell, who was attended to by trainers in the end zone.

Bidwell was not included in the team's inactive list because the injury occurred around the time teams had to submit their lists.

The Redskins' first round draft pick, left tackle Trent Williams, is inactive for Sunday's game after hurting his left knee and toe in last week's loss to Houston.

Also inactive for the Redskins are receiver Anthony Armstrong (groin), defensive lineman Anthony Bryant (concussion), strong safety Chris Horton, guard Will Montgomery, defensive end Jeremy Jarmon and running back Chad Simpson, who was signed by the team on Wednesday. John Beck is listed as the third-string quarterback.

The Rams inactives are Wide receiver Laurent Robinson (foot), safety Craig Dahl (concussion), tight end Billy Bajema (knee), defensive tackle Clifton Ryan (head), defensive lineman Darrell Scott, (ankle), linebacker Chris Chamberlain, tight end Michael Hoomanawanui and offensive tackle Renardo Foster
