New Orleans safety Roman Harper was fined a total of $22,500 for two infractions in last Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Harper was fined $15,000 for roughing the passer with a helmet-to-helmit hit on quarterback Matt Hasselbeck. He was also fined $7,500 for unnecessary roughness for pulling receiver Damiam Williams down by his helmet after a 54-yard catch and run.

» Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Trent Cole was docked $15,000 for unnecessary roughness for hitting Miami Dolphins quarteerback J.P. Losman too low, Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia reported.
Cole was fined $7,500 earlier this month in the incident that ended Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman Russell Okung's season. Okung suffered a torn pectoral muscle when Cole flipped him to the ground after the whistle.
» Eagles cornerback Joselio Hansen also was docked $15,000 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Losman, CSN Philly reported.
» Minnesota Vikings defensive end Brian Robison was docked $20,000 for kicking Green Bay Packers offensive lineman T.J. Lang in the groin during a second-quarter field-goal attempt, ESPN reported. Robison has since apologized to Lang, the Vikings and the league, ESPN said.
» New England Patriots defensive end Andre Carter was docked $15,0000 for roughing Washington Redskins quarterback Rex Grossman, according to ESPN.
» San Francisco 49ers linebacker Larry Grant was docked $15,000 for roughing Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton.
» Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher was docked $15,000 for roughing New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.
» Dolphins offensive lineman Nate Garner was docked $7,500 for a late hit that broke Eagles defensive end Darryl Tapp's ribs, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
» Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch was docked $10,000 for his blindside hit on Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder that drew a personal foul, according to ESPN.com. The hit occurred after Ponder was intercepted.
» Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith was docked $10,000 for grabbing Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Benson's facemask, according to the Houston Chronicle.
» Cleveland Browns tight end Ben Watson was docked $7,500 for unnecessary roughness for a late hit, according to the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram.
» Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall was docked $7,500 for throwing an official's penalty flag. Hall was upset after being called for defensive holding.
» New York Giants receiver Victor Cruz was docked $7,500 for unnecessary roughness for a hit on Dallas Cowboys cornerback Terrence Newman, according to CBSSports.com.
» Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was docked $5,000 for a uniform violation for wearing lime-green socks, according to NWSportsBeat.com.
» San Francisco 49ers receiver Kyle Williams was docked $5,000 for a uniform violation for wearing too much white on his socks, Comcast SportsNet Bay Area reported.
It's Williams' second uniform violation in three weeks after he and fellow receivers Michael Crabtree, Ted Ginn and Braylon Edwards were fined $5,000 apiece for wearing too much white on their socks and shoes on Thanksgiving.
