So what will Kromer do when it's fourth-and-one? He'll ask for help.
On one hand, head coaches often consult with their coordinator and quarterback in this situation. But this sounds a little different. This sounds like a committee is making a decision.
To put it another way: In what situation will Brees ever suggest to punt?
Kromer needs to be the final word. We anticipate he will be. We will also be watching the Saints game closely on Sunday to see if Kromer's committee creates any issues.
