The storyline
A Saturday snowstorm first blew this game from Sunday to Monday, then forced it to move all the way to Detroit. For the Giants, this means an extra night on the road. For the Vikings, it means scrambling to make a road trip. On the bright side, it gives Brett Favre and extra day to get healthy and perhaps extend his streak of games started.
Why you should watch
Brett Favre might make another dramatic recovery. Adrian Peterson is on a mission. The Giants might finally start getting some regular receivers back. If Leslie Frazier keeps winning, the Vikings will have heavy competition for his services. Will Eli be the only Manning going to the postseason?
