Steelers' Troy Polamalu trims hair for Veterans of Foreign Wars

The NFL's Salute to Service campaign continued during Veterans Day weekend:

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu told Yahoo! Sports that after growing up in a military family, he would have signed up for the service if football didn't work out. He was getting his famous hair trimmed on Veterans Day with proceeds going to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

USA Today's For The Win showed five stadium tributes to veterans.

Also WTAJ-TV reported on the reunion of a family with its soldier dad prior to the Rams-Colts game at Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium.
