Official Rules
Promoter: NFL International Limited, 8th Floor, 30 Panton Street, London SW1Y 4AJ, United Kingdom.
Promotion Period: From 00:01 on 31 January 2025 to 23:59 on 4 February 2025.
Eligible Jurisdictions: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
Eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal residents of an Eligible Jurisdiction who are 18 years of age or older.
This Promotion is sponsored by the Promoter. This Promotion is void outside the Eligible Jurisdictions and void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
How to Participate: To receive one (1) entry, log-in to your Instagram, X or TikTok account and visit the NFL UK+IRE page on one such social media platform (https://www.instagram.com/nfluk; https://x.com/nflukire; https://www.tiktok.com/@nflukire). Then, follow the instructions to follow the UK+IRE page and like and share the specified NFL Promotion post, and to follow the Sport London page. For clarity, entrants must complete all four steps (follow, like and share) on one social media platform (either Instagram, X or TikTok). All four steps must be completed during the Promotion Period to be considered. All entries received after the closing date and time will be void. Only one (1) entry per person will be allowed throughout the Promotion Period and any entrant who attempts to enter more than one (1) entry will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned. If you choose to participate and/or enter using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected on 5 February 2025 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
Winner Publicity: To ensure compliance with applicable laws, Promoter may publish and/or make available winners' names and county of residence. By participating, entrants consent to this. Participants may object to this or request Promoter to reduce the amount of information published or made available by emailing GDPR@nfl.com. In such circumstances, Promoter may still be required to retain such information and make it available in accordance with applicable laws (including, without limitation, providing it to an advertising regulator on request). You may also request the names of the winners by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period to Promoter.
How to Claim: Potential winners will be contacted by Promoter (via email, phone call, social media direct message or appropriate alternative based on details provided by entrants). The potential winners must respond within three (3) days from the time of initial notification and may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release (with each such document being no more than a re-statement of one or more provisions of these Official Rules). If such documents are not returned within the time period specified by Promoter, any message is returned as undeliverable, Promoter is unable to contact any potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Promoter's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. For physical prizes, prize recipients will be contacted by the NFL requesting their mailing address and further information for prize fulfilment. Prizes to be shipped will be mailed within 30 days from the date of mailing address receipt.
Prize: One (1) table for four (4) at a Sport London venue for the Super Bowl LIX Watch Party taking place on 9 February 2025, a £250 bar tab and a set of NFL merchandise.
Approximate Retail Value: £800.
No Substitutes: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by the Promoter who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Unused prizes cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards other items or for cash.
Additional Costs: Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any applicable taxes, withholdings, ground or air transportation, meals, gratuities, accommodations and souvenirs.
Prize Terms and Conditions: Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon.
NFL Affiliates Not Eligible to Participate: Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Promoter, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their sponsors, licensees, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (the "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.
General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion for any reason. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, tweets, retweets or posts, incorrect, changed or non-functioning Twitter or Instagram accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, tweet, retweets or posts, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by Promoter, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Promoter' sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Promoter, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries/tweets/retweets received prior to action taken. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Promoter which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Promoter, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, their subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of an prize. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws. In the event a potential winner has been selected and Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has submitted more than one (1) entry, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such potential winner and may select an alternate winner. The use of automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter the Promotion is prohibited by law. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (in accordance with these Official Rules) are void. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with , Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media network.
Personal Data: The following personal information will be collected by Promoter in this Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and verifying an entrant in the event their participation qualifies for a prize and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice at https://www.nfl.com/help/privacy and all applicable laws, including without limitation, all national and local laws, policies, regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (and local implementing legislation) and/or the UK GDPR (as defined by section 3(10) and section 205(4) of the Data Protection Act 2018) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018: social media handle, social media username, other information associated with entrant's social media account. Failure to provide all necessary personal information may result in entrant's entry in the Promotion being deemed ineligible.
Entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be stored and processed by Promoter in the UK, the EU and/or the United States. Entrant personal information may also be transferred to countries outside of the Eligible Jurisdictions, including to the UK, the EU and/or the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in the Eligible Jurisdictions, and therefore any such transfers will be in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the implementation of adequate safeguards. Entrants have the right to access, rectify or request deletion, portability or restrict the processing of any personal data held by Promoter by contacting Promoter by emailing GDPR@nfl.com. Entrants also have the right to lodge questions or complaints with the relevant applicable supervisory authority at any time.
In the event an entrant opted-in to receive marketing communications from Promoter or to allow Promoter to share their personal information with other individuals or companies and no longer wish to do so, or entrant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion, entrant may inform Promoter at any time by contacting Promoter at GDPR@nfl.com. Publicity Release; Release of Liability: By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree that (A) the Released Parties and their sponsors and partners may use (unless prohibited by law), any artwork submitted by the entrant, the name, country/city residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film or video), and/or likeness of any winner for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation; (B) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will not be held responsible for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, as applicable, or participation in this Promotion. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person's liability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law will be limited or excluded.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Promoter in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of England and Wales. Any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
