What is the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's at Phoenix Convention Center?

It feels good to football! The NFL takes over Downtown Phoenix starting February 4th with Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's at the Phoenix Convention Center. Experience the NFL's football theme park with interactive games like the 40-yard dash, get star player autographs, take photos with the Super Bowl Rings and Vince Lombardi trophy, and visit NFL Shop. It's the ultimate Super Bowl Week event with fun for all ages. Tickets start at $20 with no hidden fees. Admission for kids under 12 is FREE.

Can I purchase advance tickets to Super Bowl Experience at the Phoenix Convention Center prior to it opening on February 4, 2023?

Fans can purchase tickets online at superbowl.com/experiencetickets, via ticketmaster.com, or by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store. No convenience fees will be applied to your purchase online or via NFL OnePass. Fans can also purchase tickets in person at the Super Bowl Experience box office located at the Phoenix Convention Center on event days. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid long lines at the box office. The Super Bowl Experience at Margaret T. Hance Park is FREE and no tickets are required.

Are there any ticket discounts?

In partnership with the Wounded Warrior project, and as a as special thank you to service members and their families, the NFL is pleased to offer free admission to the Super Bowl Experience at the Phoenix Convention Center on Sunday, February 5th, from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Military appreciation FREE tickets for Sunday Feb 5 ONLY can be picked up at the entrance to the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's at the Phoenix Convention Center outside the 3rd Street entry, follow signs for Patio 2. All other day's veterans and their families will receive 50% off all general admission tickets (this is not applicable for SBXtra). Tickets can be purchased through GovX site here.

Also, at the box office only, we have a senior citizen discount of 50% off general admission tickets with proof that the ticketholder was born before 1958.

If I purchase General Admission tickets for a specific time period, will my ticket be honored if I come earlier or later?

Ticketholders who arrive to Super Bowl Experience at the time printed on their ticket will be given priority, so in order to not face any delays, please do not enter the Phoenix Convention Center until the time printed on your ticket.  NOTE: on Saturday, Feb 11, we will not accept any ticketholders who arrive any earlier than the time printed on their ticket.  Please make every attempt to arrive at the time printed on your ticket. Not applicable to SBXtra. All times are in Mountain Standard Time.

Is it safe to buy tickets online?

The only official way to purchase tickets to Super Bowl Experience online is through Superbowl.com/ExperienceTickets or NFL OnePass where you will be linked to Ticketmaster to complete your transaction. The NFL is not affiliated with any other vendor for the purchase of Super Bowl Experience tickets.

Is my ticket good for one day only?

Once your ticket is scanned, you will not be allowed to re-enter the Super Bowl Experience the same day with the same ticket.

What is SBXtra?

SBXtra allows fans "fast pass" access to their favorite Super Bowl Experience attractions. Look for the SBXtra sign at the following attractions. ALL ticketholders have access to all games & attractions, SBXtra ticketholders have access to a designated "SBXtra" lane at the following attractions:

  • Panini Autograph Stage (1autograph for each "SBXtra" purchase)
  • Vince Lombardi Trophy (1 photo for each "SBXtra" purchase)
  • All Interactive Games (unlimited access)
  • Play Football Clinic Field (unlimited access)

Sponsor attractions and Sponsor player appearances / autograph sessions are NOT included in "SBXtra.

SBXtra Details - Terms and Conditions:

  • SBXTRA tickets may be purchased for $60 for both children and adults while supplies last. This price includes your general admission ticket for entry to the Super Bowl Experience. Kids who enter Super Bowl Experience on a complimentary kids ticket do NOT have access to SBXtra fast pass lane even if the adults in their group purchased SBXtra.
  • SBXtra guests must pick up a wristband on-site at the Phoenix Convention Center. Two (2) pick up locations are available once through ticket scan:
  • Lower Level, at the front of Hall 5 (near 40 Yard Dash)
  • Upper Level, outside of Hall (before entering Locker Room)
  • Fans who purchase SBXtra and arrive BEFORE the time slot on their ticket are permitted to use their general admission ticket to enter and then can pickup their SBXtra wristband at the TIME printed on their ticket. The SBXtra wristbands can only be picked up at the timeslot you purchased. All times are in Mountain Standard Time.
  • SBXtra wristbands are only valid on the date of issue and remain valid all day after entry.
  • Everyone in your party using SBXtra must have an SBXtra wristband.

What is NFL OnePass, and is it required to enter Super Bowl Experience?

NFL OnePass registration is MANDATORY to enter the Phoenix Convention Center for the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's and enables fans to register themselves (and any minors) and "check-in" to all the attractions, including signing the digital waiver for physical games and attractions. Once registration is complete, you'll receive a QR code via email, this is NOT your ticket to enter. Any content, including green screen photos and videos will be delivered to a fan via their email. Check-ins also allow fans to enter contests including the chance to win instant prizes and the grand prize, tickets to Super Bowl LVII.

Does my ticket to Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's provide me access to the "Super Bowl Media Center" ("Media Row" or "Radio Row")?

No, there is no public/fan access to the Media Center / Media Row / Radio Row this year at Super Bowl LVII in Arizona.

Where do I park to enter Super Bowl Experience, and how much does parking cost?

Public Parking will be available adjacent to the Phoenix Convention Center in the East Garage located at 601 East Washington Street, Phoenix AZ.

Is Super Bowl Experience cash free?

The Super Bowl Experience is a cash free event. VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL. All major credit cards are accepted. All concessions on site as well as the NFL Shop will only accept credit cards.

What NFL players will be signing autographs at the Super Bowl Experience?

The scheduled list of players signing autographs will be posted on in the NFL OnePass app starting February 1, 2023 and will updated on a regular basis. Please note: All player appearances are subject to change without notice or refund.

Are there age restrictions for any of the activities at Super Bowl Experience?

Yes, the football clinics conducted on the NFL Play Football Field are for children ages 6–14 only. The various passing, running, kicking and receiving games are for fans of all ages after the adult has registered for NFL OnePass (including minors). Daily clinic registration is open during designated time slots and can be done directly from the NFL OnePass app.

Is there an accessible entrance to Super Bowl Experience?

Yes, there is an accessible entrance to the event. Mobility assistance is provided at the main fan entry. Additionally, Fans can go to the Mobility Assistance counter in the Main Level Lobby for answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Program, related information, and a power outlet for recharging power wheelchairs.

Is there a sensory room available at the Super Bowl experience?

*KULTURE CITY *

KultureCity is on site with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and a sensory room for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions (1 in 6 individuals). One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to over stimulation and noise, which is an enormous part of this environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost

Is the overall event accessible for fans with disabilities?

Yes, the overall event is accessible for fans with disabilities – including fans with mobility disabilities and fans who are blind/have low vision or are deaf/hard-of-hearing.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No outside food and beverage is permitted unless required for a medical condition. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concessions area on both the 300 level and lower level of the Phoenix Convention Center.

Are cameras and video cameras allowed into the Super Bowl Experience?

Cameras and video cameras for personal use are not restricted. However, all media inquiries regarding Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's at Phoenix Convention Center may be directed to sbx@bzapr.com.

Small cameras and binoculars will be allowed. No spectator cameras with lenses more than six inches (6") long will be permitted. Camcorders are not allowed. Binocular cases and camera bags are not permitted.
