Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson and four other people are facing a civil lawsuit after a late-night celebration allegedly turned into an angry altercation, The Plain Dealer reported Friday.

Krystal Jones of Maple Heights, Ohio and Kathleen Hunter of Cleveland claim in the lawsuit they were celebrating after a Browns win at a night club in December 2012 when the party moved to Richardson's home in Columbia Station, according to the complaint that was obtained by The Plain Dealer.
Once inside the home, Richardson asked the two women to leave, but as they were leaving, the women said Richardson became angry, cursing the two women for "slamming a door" and "disrespecting his house," according to the complaint.
The civil suit accuses Richardson of denting the hood of Jones' car with his fists and causing $1,500 in damage. The complaint also accuses Richardson of orchestrating a physical assault on the two women, naming Richardson's girlfriend and two other women as the assailants.
Browns spokesman Neal Gulkis told The Plain Dealer that the team is aware of the situation, but will not comment at this time.
