This list isn't all-encompassing -- there are plenty of prospects that will make a splash in the NFL next season -- but here are some of the players that I think will make a big impact right off the bat as they enter the league in 2016, with a perfect team fit for each.
Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State
The debate rages on: Is Ramsey a safety or a corner? No matter which position he plays, he'll be a difference maker as a rookie. There's no doubt about his athleticism -- he won the gold medal for the "unofficial Decathlon" at the NFL Scouting Combine. He'll be physical in the running game, as well. He's the No. 1 prospect on my board.

Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss
Tunsil is so athletic. It's no wonder he's widely considered the favorite to go No. 1 overall to the Titans. His impressive pro-day workout last month cemented his status in that regard. He would combine with Taylor Lewan to give the Titans bookends to protect last year's No. 2 overall pick, QB Marcus Mariota.
Perfect fit:Titans
Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
Jack's versatility is off the charts. He starred on offense (running back) and defense (linebacker) for the Bruins, and has said the Chargers, who hold the No. 3 overall pick, envision him as an NFL safety. He's an explosive player, and there aren't many linebackers who can run like him.
Perfect fit:Falcons (Note: I don't expect him to last long enough for Atlanta to take him at No. 17, but with head coach Dan Quinn's creativity, he'd be a great match for that team.)
Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State
We keep hearing that people aren't sure if Bosa is going to be an elite edge rusher who will post huge sack totals in the NFL, but he plays so hard. He has heavy hands and he knows how to disengage from blocks. He's a force against the run. I expect him to make a big impact right away.

Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State
Something Houston head coach Tom Herman told me (Herman coached Elliott as the offensive coordinator at Ohio State during the RB's first two seasons) stuck with me. Herman said Elliott plays as hard without the football as he does with the ball. In other words, he carries out fakes, blocks, runs good routes -- you name it, he does it. He's a pure three-down back who can eat carries for a team if it needs him to. I don't have him rated as high as I had Todd Gurley last year, but there's not a monster gap between the two.
Perfect fit:Cowboys
Kevin Dodd and Shaq Lawson, DEs, Clemson
Since they wreaked havoc together for the Tigers last season, I'm including Lawson and Dodd together on this list. Lawson is the bigger and stouter guy of the two. He's hard to block and will get after the passer. Dodd is the Ziggy Ansah of this year's year draft. He played only one year of high school football and had only one season of elite production at Clemson. That scares people a bit, but there were similar concerns about Ansah and that worked out for the Lions, who took Ansah fifth overall in the 2016 draft. I think the best could be ahead of Dodd.
Perfect fit: Dodd: Buccaneers; Lawson: Lions
Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame
Fuller can flat-out fly. Some teams love that speed so much that it would not surprise me to see him go higher than many people expect. I think a coach like the Texans' Bill O'Brien could be very creative with him. If he ends up in Houston, which is where I have him going in my most recent mock draft, he'll be in a great situation to make plays right away lining up opposite DeAndre Hopkins.

Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
I've become more impressed with Alexander over time. He's very consistent in coverage and he plays with passion. Much has been made about the fact that Alexander didn't have any interceptions in college, but I wouldn't give up on him because of that. I like what he brings to the table. He's highly competitive.
Perfect fit:Chiefs
Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis
In a perfect world, it makes sense for quarterbacks to sit for a while and get some seasoning before they're thrown into the fire. It just doesn't happen for QBs that are drafted early these days. Lynch has big-time talent. He has a chance to end up in a spot where he'll get a chance to play earlier than people might think. Could it be Los Angeles? Or Denver? As the No. 3 QB in the draft, he could end up in a spot where he'll have a better supporting cast than the QBs expected to come off the board before him (Carson Wentz and Jared Goff).
Perfect fit:Rams
Christian Westerman, OG, Arizona State
Westerman is a classic brawler at guard. He's a tough player. I like his fight and his grit. I think he'll be a guy who can start pretty early. He led all combine participants with 34 reps on the bench press.
Perfect fit:Seahawks
Roberto Aguayo, K, Florida State
Will Aguayo be the first kicker to go in the second round since Mike Nugent (2005)? There's momentum behind the belief that kickers are more important than ever with the 15-yard extra-point rule being made permanent, and Aguayo can be a difference maker with the powerful leg he offers. I'll be interested to see if a team with strong playoff aspirations takes him in Round 2.
