Unheralded Bengals rookie Binns awarded Ocho's old No. 85

There's a new eight-five in the Queen City.

The Cincinnati Bengals have iced the cake on their breakup with Chad Ochocinco, assigning his No. 85 jersey to 22-year-old rookie wideout Armon Binns.

The Bengalssigned Binns to their practice squad Tuesday. Before that, he was signed briefly with Jaguars as an undrafted free agent.

For Binns -- who's indicated zero desire to alter his name -- it's a homecoming of sorts after he played his college ball at Cincinnati.

The newbie has significant work do to on his Q rating. Whereas Ochocinco boasts more than 2.8 million Twitter followers, Binns' account -- tagging himself as @ABizzle80 -- sits at just over 800 faithful as of this writing.

Meanwhile, perhaps in a quest to slow Tedy Bruschi, Ocho's gone heavy on tweeting in other languages.
