The Green Bay Packers announced Thursday that they will wear a white alternate helmet as part of their "first-ever 'Winter Warning' game," a Week 7 clash with the Houston Texans.
Green Bay will wear all white, from head to toe, for the Oct. 20 home game at Lambeau Field.
The white helmet features a solid white face mask and shell, with the Packers' traditional G logo and helmet stripes standing out in dark green.
Green Bay is asking fans to participate in the festivities and wear all-white attire for the Packers' game against Houston.
According to the team, this isn't the first time Green Bay has worn white helmets, as they were featured in the 1950s.
