10 Week 13 statistics that will blow your mind
Mark Twain once wrote that there are three kinds of lies: Lies, damned lies and statistics. Of course, Twain never met the researchers who came up with these 10 mind-blowing Week 13 stats.

Arian Foster's 12 rushing touchdowns are more than the combined rushing TD totals of the Jacksonville Jaguars (3), Oakland Raiders (3), St. Louis Rams (3) and Green Bay Packers (2).

Through 11 games, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been sacked 37 times this season, most in the NFL, and more than he was sacked in all of 2011 (36). Rodgers has also thrown more interceptions this season (7) than he did last season (6).

How big has Big Ben Roethlisberger been for the Pittsburgh Steelers? With him starting, the Steelers were converting 49.6 percent of their third downs (best in the NFL). In games without Roethlisberger starting, the Steelers are converting 23.1 percent of their third downs (29th in NFL).

The last time the Detroit Lions beat the Indianapolis Colts was on Nov. 23, 1997. In that game, Lions running back Barry Sanders had 24 rushes for 216 yards and two touchdowns. NFL Network's Marshall Faulk -- then playing for the Colts -- had 83 yards from scrimmage. Current San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh was the Colts' quarterback in that game, which was won by the Lions 32-10.

The Baltimore Ravens -- who face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13 -- have won their last 12 games within the division, a streak that dates back to 2010. They have outscored their AFC North opponents by more than 11 points per game during the win streak.

When it comes to turning it on during the season's stretch drive, no team has been better in the last two seasons than the New England Patriots. The Patriots are a perfect 19-0 in games played in the second half of the season since 2010.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton is one of three players in NFL history to have 20-plus touchdown passes in his first two seasons, joining Dan Marino and Peyton Manning.

Think it has been a long time since the Philadelphia Eagles have won a game? This nugget puts their two-month run of ineptitude into proper perspective: Baseball's Phillies have won more recently that the Eagles. While the Eagles' last won on Sept. 30 (a 19-17 triumph over the New York Giants), the Phillies' last win came on Oct. 1 (a 2-0 victory over the Washington Nationals).

Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III has the highest completion percentage (67.5) among rookies through Week 12 since 1960 (based on a minimum of 14 attempts per game).

Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner is the only player in the NFL with 150 carries who is averaging less than 3.6 yards per rush. Teamate Jacquizz Rodgers is averaging 3.9 yards per rush in 2012, but has never had more than 10 rushes in an NFL game. Perhaps the running backs can improve on those totals. The Falcons' Week 13 opponent -- the New Orleans Saints -- have allowed 5,003 yards through 11 games, the most total yards allowed through 11 games since 1940.
