Seattle Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin was drafted by the Seahawks in the 2017 NFL Draft. A year later, twin brother Seattle Seahawks linebacker Shaquem Griffin joined him after he was drafted by the 2018 NFL Draft.

Devin McCourty plays for the New England Patriots after being drafted by them in the first round of the 2010 Draft. His twin brother Jason played seven seasons with the Titans from 2009 to 2016, one season with the Browns in 2017 and is currently with the Patriots also.

J.J. Watt is the oldest Watt sibling and has played for the Houston Texans since 2011 after being selected eleventh overall by them in the 2011 NFL Draft. Derek Watt has played for the Chargers since 2016. Youngest sibling T.J. was a first round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2017.

Peyton Manning played 18 seasons in the NFL after being the first pick in the 1998 NFL Draft. He played from 1998 to 2011 with the Colts and finished his career with the Broncos from 2012 to 2015. His younger brother Eli was also the number one pick of the 2004 Draft and has played with the New York Giants since.

Dan Gronkowski played from 2009 to 2013 for the Lions, Broncos, Patriots and Browns. Chris Gronkowski went undrafted in 2010 but played for the Cowboys, Colts and Broncos until 2013. Rob Gronkowski was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2010 and retired after winning Super Bowl LIII in 2019.

Jim Harbaugh served as head coach for the San Francisco 49ers from 2011 to 2014 after playing in the league for 14 seasons from 1987-2000. His brother John has been head coach of the Baltimore Ravens since 2008 having won Super Bowl XLVII with the team.

Ryan Kalil was a second round pick in 2007 by the Carolina Panthers and has played with them since. His younger brother Matt played four seasons with the Vikings from 2012 to 2016 after being drafted fourth overall and played with Ryan on the Panthers from 2017-2018. He is now with the Texans.

Michael Bennett is currently with the New England Patriots after playing for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018 and the Seahawks from 2013 to 2017. His younger brother Martellus Bennett played for a number of teams since being drafted in 2008 which include the Cowboys, Giants, Bears, Packers and Patriots and retired in 2017.

Mychal Kendricks has played the Philadelphia Eagles after being drafted in the second round by them in 2012 and is now with the Seattle Seahawks. His younger brother Eric was also drafted in the second round but by the Minnesota Vikings in 2015.

Jaylen Watkins has been in the league since 2014, and has played for the Bills, Eagles, and is now with the Chargers. His younger half-brother Sammy was the fourth overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He played for the Bills from 2014 to 2016, then went to the Rams in 2017 and is currently with the Chiefs.

Clay Matthews III was picked in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft and is still currently with the Green Bay Packers. His younger brother Casey played from 2011 to 2014 with the Eagles and for the Vikings in 2015.

Cam Newton has played for the Carolina Panthers since being drafted by them first overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. His older brother Cecil signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2009 and played two seasons with the team.

Ronde Barber played his entire 16-year career for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1997 to 2012 while his twin brother Tiki Barber played ten seasons for the New York Giants from 1997-2006.

Chris Long was the second overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams. He played on the Rams until 2015 and is now with the Eagles. His younger brother Kyle was the 20th overall pick in 2013 by the Chicago Bears and has since been with the team.

Derek Carr has played for the Oakland Raiders since 2014 when they drafted him in the second round of the NFL Draft. His older brother David Carr played for a number of teams after being drafted number one overall in the 2002 NFL Draft which include the Texans, Panthers, 49ers and Giants.

Champ Bailey played for the Denver Broncos from 2004 to 2013 and was joined by his brother Boss Bailey who played for the Broncos in 2008. Boss was with the Detroit Lions from 2003 to 2007.

Brent Celek has played for the Philadelphia Eagles since being drafted by them in 2007. His younger brother Garrett has played for the San Francisco 49ers since 2012 after going undrafted.

Samuel (Sam) Cunningham played his entire career with the New England Patriots from 1973-1982 after being drafted by them 11th overall in the 1973 NFL Draft. His younger brother Randall played from 1985 to 2001, most notably for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Vernon Davis was the sixth overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers whom he played for until 2015. He currently plays for the Washington Redskins. Vernon's younger brother Vontae was the 25th overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Indianapolis Colts from 2012-2017, and the Buffalo Bills in 2018 before he abruptly retired from the NFL in the middle of an NFL game during the 2018 season.

Matt Hasselbeck played in the league for 17 seasons, most notably for the Seattle Seahawks from 2001 to 2010. His younger brother Tim was originally signed as an undrafted free agent in 2001 by the Bills and went on to play for the Eagles, Redskins, Giants and Cardinals.

Nick Martin plays for the Houston Texans after being drafted by them in 2016. His older brother Zack was a first round pick of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys and has played with them since.

Luke McCown played in the league since 2004 for the Browns, Buccaneers, Jaguars, Saints, Falcons and Cowboys. His older brother Josh has played in the league since 2002 for the Cardinals, Lions, Raiders, Dolphins, Panthers, 49ers, Buccaneers, Browns and Jets.

Carson Palmer played with the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 to 2010 after they drafted him first overall in the 2003 Draft. Carson then went on to play for the Raiders and Cardinals until 2017. His brother Jordan joined him on the Bengals from 2008 to 2010 after being drafted by the Redskins in the 2007 NFL Draft.

Mike Pouncey was a first round draft pick in 2011 by the Miami Dolphins. He played with them until 2017 and is now with the Chargers. His twin brother Maurkice was also a first round draft pick by the Steelers in 2010. Maurkice has since been with the team.

Rex Ryan was a head coach for the New York Jets from 2009 to 2014 and then for the Buffalo Bills from 2015 to 2016. Twin brother Rob Ryan served as defensive coordinator for a number of teams, most notably the Patriots from 2000 to 2003 when they won Super Bowl XXXVI and XXXVII. Rob joined his brother Rex in 2016 as an assistant head coach for the Bills.

Sterling Sharpe played for the Green Bay Packers from 1988 to 1994 after being picked seventh overall in the 1988 NFL Draft. His younger brother Shannon played from 1990 to 2003 for the Broncos and Ravens and is a three-time Super Bowl champion.

Marcus Trufant, the oldest brother, played for the Seattle Seahawks from 2003 to 2012 after being picked eleventh overall in the 2003 NFL Draft. Isaiah Trufant has played for the Jets and Browns. The youngest brother, Desmond, was a first round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons, who he has played with since then.

Terron Ward played for the Atlanta Falcons from 2015 to 2017. His older brother T.J. has played since 2010 for the Browns, Broncos and Buccaneers.
