Stewart has been on this list for several weeks, but he's still a free agent in over 60 percent of NFL.com leagues. That's a surprise when you consider that he's scored 11 or more fantasy points in three of his last four games. That includes a season-best 18.9 fantasy points with 122 rushing yards and one touchdown in a win over the Cleveland Browns. Stewart faces Atlanta's bad run defense next.
