While on stage prior to an autograph signing, Jets tight end Dustin Keller was put on the spot by a fan who asked: Who throws a better spiral, Tebow or Sanchez? Keller said Sanchez. A better question might have been: Can Tebow throw the ball 30 yards? We'd be all ears.

Our spies at Radio City Musical Hall report something other than pop music was played over the house speakers. Rush's "Tom Sawyer" was played between the Redskins' 120th pick and the Browns' 121st pick.

Tom Petty's "American Girl" came between the Chiefs' 182nd pick and Miami's 183rd pick. It would have been cool if a guy called Jame Gumb had been selected. (What no "Silence of the Lambs" fans?)

The Eagles cheerleading squad was in attendance on Day 3. They would have had the Giants cheerleaders there, but the Giants don't have cheerleaders because they hate America.

The Jets answered with the 'Flight Crew.' I'll give the Jets credit here for not opting with the hokey "Jets Girls" most other teams opt for with their uninspired nicknames.

There was a free giveaway at Radio City Music Hall for fans -- an autographed Mark Sanchez helmet. Not surprisingly, it drew boos from Jets fans in the crowd. Somebody has a morbid sense of humor.

Shonn Greene was interviewed on stage before signing autographs. He said Ray Lewis was the hardest guy to run through. And he's spending his offseason working out and wants to get that bad taste out of his mouth. And he was referring to last season, not the Saturday night cookout at Rex Ryan's house.

The NFL Network crew said that Al Davis was likely smiling from above during the Raiders draft. Uh, they know the receiver the Raiders took ran a 4.68 40-yard dash at the combine, right?

The Redskins pulled the stunner of the draft when they selected Michigan State QB Kirk Cousins. So I guess #shanahanigans extends well beyond his running back choices. The NFL Network crew was besides themselves.

Hakeem Nicks was interviewed and he said he was excited for Rueben Randle to join the team. Nicks also revealed he liked being the underdog last year. That is going to change this year for the champs.

Not that being the hunted is going to phase Antrel Rolle who admitted during his interview time that he spends most of his time sleeping in the offseason.

The Colts had the first and last pick of the 2012 NFL Draft, giving them the right to select Mr. Irrelevant. This year, it's Northern Illinois QB Chandler Harnish. You know, being Mr. Irrelevant isn't always a joke.

You know that part of your fantasy draft when somebody drafts a player who has already been taken? That's what it felt like when it was announced the Jets had taken Robert Griffin. Even if it was RG3, I still believe Rex Ryan would back Sanchez.
