Fantasy Franchise Tag lineup: Week 10
My nickname around the NFL Media office is "Franchise" and every week I deliver my "Fantasy Franchise Tag" lineup to help give you that boost of confidence you need to start some players on your fantasy roster. Be sure to check out my full positional player rankings, and if you're all up on the Twitter, be sure to send me some feedback @MattFranchise.

I vouched for Carr in this week's Fantasy Audibles over Carson Palmer and am the highest on him of our expert rankers this week. It's not necessarily a bold call here because he's been on fire lately. But consider this my reassurance that I think he can keep his hot streak rolling at home against the Vikings this week.

McFadden is playing some of the best football of his career. He's piled up 20-plus carries in three consecutive games, and last week he was the only running back in the NFL to see 100 percent of his team's rush attempts (27). He's averaged 111 rush yards per game in his last three contests and has scored in two of his last three. Don't let a matchup against the Buccaneers scare you -- this unit has allowed 214 rush yards to opposing runners over the last two weeks.

You might be having second thoughts about West this week with a matchup against Denver. But the Broncos defense has surrendered two rushing touchdowns in the last two weeks ... and one was to Eddie Lacy. Yikes. Anyway, West is the clear feature back for the Chiefs and although it's an away game, he should still see his share of 17-20 carries in the game, with some additional looks in the passing game. And for what it's worth, Jamaal Charles pours one out scored three touchdowns against Denver back in Week 2.

The rookie's tear came to a halt last week against the Rams as Diggs saw just five targets, catching only three of them for 42 yards. His one end zone target ended up as an interception. But I have faith that he can get back on track against the Raiders this week. Oakland's secondary is simply not good and he should be able to take advantage of that. Ahem ... Antonio Brown, 284 receiving yards, ring a bell?

Over the last month, no team has allowed more fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts than the Saints. Pierre Garcon is Washington's most targeted pass-catcher this season and that trend should continue in Week 10. He should be able to capitalize on a New Orleans secondary that has allowed 10 touchdowns to wide receivers in the last four weeks.

The 22-year-old tight end is still green behind the ears in terms of his development as an NFL player. But he's having a decent 2015 campaign given the Lions' offensive woes. He ranks third on the team in targets behind Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate and faces a Packers defense that's been gashed by tight ends recently. In the last four weeks, Green Bay has surrendered 307 receiving yards and two scores to the position.

Tampa Bay couldn't get much going on the ground last week, but thanks to a 59-yard run, Sims actually out-scored Doug Martin in terms of fantasy points. Since his team's bye though, Sims hasn't produced well enough to be a viable flex play in fantasy. I think that will change this week against the Cowboys, who have allowed nearly 500 receiving yards to running backs this season.

Pretty much any defense going up against the Browns will be a recommended D/ST option for the remainder of the season. The Browns ground game is pitiful, as the team is averaging 82.3 rush yards per game and has scored just two rushing touchdowns all season. Cleveland also ranks 26th in the NFL in yards per game (335.1) and 20th in the league in total points (177). The team has put up just 10 total points in its last six quarters of football.

Uhh ... revenge game anyone? Forbath started the season in Washington, was released early in the season and landed in New Orleans to replace a struggling Zach Hocker. He hasn't been great in fantasy so far because the Saints have been scoring so many touchdowns lately, but there's no better narrative than revenge.
