Fantasy Franchise Tag lineup: Week 11
My nickname around the NFL Media office is "Franchise" and every week I deliver my "Fantasy Franchise Tag" lineup to help give you that boost of confidence you need to start some players on your fantasy roster you might be wondering about. Be sure to check out my full positional player rankings, and if you're all up on the Twitter, be sure to send me some feedback @MattFranchise.

Before a Week 10 bye, Matt Ryan and the Falcons lost two straight games to (to be kind) subpar teams in the Buccaneers and 49ers. You know Atlanta is going to come out swinging at home against the Colts, looking to make a statement. Ryan has averaged 300.2 passing yards per game and Indianapolis is a bottom-of-the-barrel defense that Ryan should be able to exploit with weapons like Julio Jones roaming the secondary. This could easily be one of Ryan's 20-plus fantasy point games.

LeSean McCoy dealt with injuries that kept him limited for the first half of the season, but it's evident that he's back to full strength following two straight 100 rushing yard games. When he wasn't fully healthy back in Week 2, McCoy still managed to hang 116 yards from scrimmage on the Patriots, although it was Karlos Williams who did the scoring. New England's run defense has been stout this season, but Buffalo has one of the best ground games in the NFL averaging 142.3 rush yards per game. In revenge game round two for Rex Ryan, I expect at least 20 touches for McCoy which could mean big things for his fantasy owners.

All this talk about Jay Ajayi stealing red zone snaps from Miller hasn't amounted to much, and although Ajayi out-produced Miller on the ground last week, the rookie was the lesser fantasy play. The Dolphins aren't afraid to take advantage of Miller's talents as a receiver as he's racked up 13 receptions on 15 targets in the last two games which has resulted in 147 receiving yards and a touchdown. If that volume in the passing game keeps up, and there's no reason that it won't, his value as a fantasy asset has yet to reach its peak. He's in for a big game against a Dallas defense that has had trouble stopping running backs this season.

John Brown has been banged up. Michael Floyd got banged up last week (both are dealing with pesky hamstring injuries). So Carson Palmer has been leaning on Fitzgerald more frequently the last two weeks. The trusty veteran has collected 19 receptions on 25 targets in the last two games, a haul that's netted him an average of 107 yards per game in that span. Fitzgerald has also been one of the most reliable receivers in the NFL this season with a 76.5 percent catch rate -- second best in the league among wideouts with at least 40 receptions. So if the ball comes his way, you know he's going to bring it in. If Brown and Floyd are limited again this week, but healthy enough to be on the field as decoys, expect Fitzgerald to enjoy another nice fantasy game.

Allen Hurns plays on Thursday night against the Titans and while Allen Robinson is all the rage in Jacksonville this season (for good reason), Hurns has quietly put together an exceptional season, too. You might be worried about the Jacksonville pass-catchers this week as they face a Titans defense that ranks third in the NFL with just 213.8 passing yards allowed per game, and have allowed the fewest completions in the league this season (169). But Hurns has scored a touchdown in seven straight games (the longest active streak in the NFL), and among wide receivers with at least 60 targets this season, he is averaging the most fantasy points per target (1.65) on his 68 looks.

Tony Romo is back, what other analysis do you need? No, seriously. Tony Romo is back. OK, here: Jason Witten hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1, when Tony Romo was playing. Witten actually scored two touchdowns in that game. Interestingly enough, that was the last game that the Cowboys won too. Considering that, without Romo, Witten is tied for the most receptions this season among tight ends (49) it's only a matter of time until he sneaks into the top 10 in terms of total fantasy points at his position (he's currently the TE13).

If I told you that Danny Woodhead is a top 10 fantasy running back this season, would you believe me? Well he is, so you'll just have to deal with that. Woodhead has hauled in 45 receptions this season, second most among running backs and is averaging the highest yards per reception rate (11.58) among running backs with at least 20 catches. He's a monster in the red zone and with the sorry state of the Chargers receiving corps, Philip Rivers 40-plus pass attempts per game have to be caught by somebody. Woodhead is an every week starter at this point and should have a nice game on Sunday against Kansas City.

With Brian Hoyer (concussion) expected to sit on Sunday, the Jets' defense could have a field day pass-rushing T.J. Yates. The Texans have virtually no run game, averaging 3.28 yards per carry as a team which is the worst in the NFL. Houston's only option will be to force the ball to their best player, DeAndre Hopkins, and he'll likely be shadowed by Darrelle Revis. If the Jets D/ST is still available in your league, stream them right now!

The Panthers' offense is averaging 28.3 points per game, third in the NFL. Graham Gano has been a direct beneficiary of Carolina's success and has booted 27 extra points and 18 total field goals this season, with seven of them going for 40 or more yards. He's been on a roll with no fewer than nine fantasy points scored in his last four games, and I expect that to continue against Washington on Sunday.
