Fantasy Franchise Tag lineup: Week 15
My nickname around the NFL Media office is "Franchise" and every week I deliver my "Fantasy Franchise Tag" lineup to help give you that boost of confidence you need to start some players on your fantasy roster you might be wondering about or that I think will have a big fantasy day. Be sure to check out my full positional player rankings, and if you're all up on the Twitter, be sure to send me some feedback or ask me lineup questions @MattFranchise.

Despite his deficiencies as a real life quarterback (although he hasn't thrown a pick in two straight games) Bortles has been fantasy gold this season. He has averaged 26.98 fantasy points per game in his last three contests and is heading into a matchup against the Falcons that could end up being a high-scoring barn burner down in Duval County.

Ivory proved last week why he's a weekly RB2 starter in fantasy with over 100 yards on his 20 carries. And while he didn't score a touchdown in his last game, he's primed for another high-volume, highly productive fantasy game against a Dallas defense that just got shredded by the Packers on the ground. If you've ridden Ivory this far there's no reason to give up on him now.

Since taking over for the injured Le'Veon Bell, Williams has been the definition of consistency for fantasy owners. Despite a seemingly tough matchup against the Denver Broncos' tough defense, Williams is a candidate for RB1 numbers and has proven that he gets enough volume, even in unfavorable matchups that make him a weekly must-start.

Maclin has been the most targeted wideout in Kansas City over the last three games after struggling through a string of low-production weeks. Fantasy owners couldn't ask for a better matchup as Maclin faces a Ravens secondary that's allowed more fantasy points to wideouts than any other team in the NFL this season. Maclin needs to be locked into your fantasy playoff roster for the rest of the year.

Since Brock Osweiler started his first game back in Week 11, Thomas has been his most targeted receiver, and rightly so. Thomas has made due with his heavy workload hauling in 20 receptions for 251 yards and two touchdowns. That stretch also includes the Sunday night game against the Patriots in which he was targeted 13 times and caught just a single pass. Oh what could have been. Anyway, he goes up against a suspect Steelers secondary this week and it's no secret that he's Osweiler's favorite target. I'm looking for a nice Sunday from DT.

In the last four weeks, Thomas is second in targets (30) among Jaguars pass-catchers only to Allen Robinson (37). His added looks have resulted in a touchdown in four straight games. The Jacksonville tight end matches up against a Falcons defense that has allowed eight receiving touchdowns to the position this season, tied for fourth most in the NFL.

With T.J. Yeldon likely to sit, I like Robinson this week to see a heavy workload (I know, I'm all about the Jaguars). We've seen him produce in a featured role for a stretch last season, and he put up solid fantasy numbers last week when Yeldon went out. The matchup is almost too good to be true too against a Falcons defense that has bled fantasy points to running backs in recent weeks.

A kicker's a kicker really. But if you must start one, why not start one on one of the highest scoring offenses in the league. The Cardinals are in line to put up at least 30 points to make a statement on Sunday night against the Eagles. Catanzaro should hook up your fantasy team with at least double digits.

Matt Cassel has completed 20 passes in a game only once all season and has failed to throw a touchdown pass in four of his six starts. None of that is what we would call good, except for opposing defenses. Look for the Jets' defense to rack up fantasy points when they take on the Cowboys in Dallas on Saturday.
