For many of the same reasons I have Waller on this list, Williams is also a fantasy loser. The Raiders added multiple playmakers, including Ruggs who will no doubt be the top field stretcher for coach Jon Gruden. Williams' ceiling took a death blow.

Singletary was considered one of the bigger breakout candidates in fantasy leagues for 2020, well, at least before the Bills added Zack Moss in the draft. While I'm still confident that Singletary will be the lead back, his ceiling was already a question mark since he loses goal-line chances to Josh Allen. Now he' content with Moss, who was a tackle-breaking machine in college and will eat his share of touches.

Rodgers couldn't have been very happy with the Packers draft choices. First, the team moved up to draft his replacement, Jordan Love, at the end of Round 1. Then, the Pack failed to improve at wide receiver and instead drafting A.J. Dillon, a running back! Makes no sense to me. So while Rodgers will remain a back-end No. 1 quarterback in fantasy leagues, his team did him absolutely no favors in their draft choices.

Williams was a hero for the Chiefs in their Super Bowl win over the 49ers, and he's had than his chance of fantasy success over the last two years. Unfortunately, his stock took a massive hit when the team decided to draft Clyde Edwards-Helaire at the end of Round 1. The L.S.U. product is now the big favorite for backfield touches, leaving Williams as the second option in the run game for coach Andy Reid.

I was a big fan of Westbrook's heading into last season, but that all went up in smoke when Nick Foles went down and D.J. Chark emerged. With the addition of versatile wide receiver Laviska Shenault in the NFL draft, Westbrook's stock is clearly falling.

As if the addition of Eric Ebron wasn't enough to put a dagger in McDonald's value, the Steelers then landed Chase Claypool in the NFL draft. Regardless of whether he plays wideout or tight end, Claypool is going to take chance away from McDonald.

Mack was pretty solid a season ago, ranking 22nd in fantasy points among backs while averaging nearly 13 points a game. Unfortunately, the addition of Jonathan Taylor in the draft means Mack is very likely to be in a backfield committee in a best-case scenario. When you consider that the Colts moved up to get Taylor in the draft, well, Mack is very likely to open the season second on the tam's depth chart in 2020.

Jones was never going to be a true featured back in the NFL, but it looked like he had a shot to be the starter after the departure of Peyton Barber. Well, that went out the window when the Bucs landed Ke'Shawn Vaughn in the draft. A versatile runner, Vaughn averaged over five yards per rush and caught 28 passes in his final season with the Commodores. I'd project Jones to open next season second on the depth chart.

I don't think Waller's value takes an enormous hit, but fantasy owners need to prepare as if the draft did hurt him at least somewhat. The Raiders added a lot of playmakers, including Henry Ruggs, Lynn Bowden and Bryan Edwards, and the offense will no doubt be looking to take more chances downfield with these new toys. Whether Derek Carr can do that effectively remains to be seen, but Waller could see a smaller target share.

Not that Graham's value was that high in fantasy leagues, but the addition of Cole Kmet didn't make him more attractive. At the time, that gave the Bears 10 tight ends! How much depth do you need? Regardless, Graham is a late-round at best in 2020.

Reynolds' draft value increased when the Rams sent Brandin Cooks to Houston, but the addition of Van Jefferson in the NFL draft calmed any excitement surrounding his 2020 stock. At this point, Reynolds won't be worth more than a late-round selection.

The Cowboys landed arguably the best wide receiver in the 2020 draft class, CeeDee Lamb, so Cooper could lose "some" targets. I don't think this is a death blow, as the team has already had 107 targets taken off the roster ... most of those came with the departure of Randall Cobb. Still, if Lamb proves to be the playmaker most experts project him to be in the NFL, Cooper and Michael Gallup could both take a hit.

Let's be clear on this ... I still like Sutton as a potential high-end No. 2 fantasy wideout in 2020 drafts. However, you can't overlook the fact that the Broncos did take fellow receivers Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler with their first two picks of the NFL draft. That's going to create at least more competition for targets in an offense that will also run the ball a bunch with newly-added Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay.

The Bengals offense should be pretty fantasy friendly next season, but Ross is very likely to see immediate competition from rookie Tee Higgins in the pass attack. Ross hasn't been the most durable dude either, so he's lost some of his draft appeal.

Fitzpatrick was one of the better quarterbacks in the second half of last season (no, seriously he was), but the addition of Tua Tagovailoa means he's very likely to end up on the sidelines sooner rather than later. He's now a less attractive re-draft pick.

Johnson is still a young back at the age of 22, but he's also proven to be, well, not the most durable dude in the league. Enter Swift, who was considered by many pundits to be the top running back prospect in the 2020 draft class. The Georgia product is also just a better all-around runner than Johnson (3.6 yards per rush in 2019, so I'd expect him to open the season as the starter and lead this backfield in touches.

Ingram ranked 11th in fantasy points among backs a season ago, and his 10 scores on the ground were good for seventh. Those high totals are in doubt heading into next season, though, as the Ravens landed one of the class's top running back prospects in J.K. Dobbins. I'd still project Ingram to start, but his touches are almost guaranteed with decline with Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill all in the backfield.

Jones is coming off a monster season that saw him score 19 times and finish second in fantasy points among running backs. So, regression was already a virtual guarantee in 2020. Now, he could wind up losing some touches (not a lot, but some) to rookie A.J. Dillon. With Jamaal Williams also in the mix, Jones has lost some of the luster he gained a season ago. I still like him as a top-15 pick, but his value took a hit.

Remember all the hype surrounding Henderson around this time last year? Since then, he has failed to put a dent into Todd Gurley's value and is now projected to be a backup (again) after the Rams landed Cam Akers. The Florida State product has the potential to be three-down back at the next level, and at worst I think he'll be the lead man in a backfield committee. Regardless, Henderson's stock is falling in Hollywood.

This should be Jeffery and DeSean Jackson, as the Eagles added Jalen Reagor, John Hightower and Quez Watkins in the draft while also swinging a trade for Marquise Goodwin. With Zack Ertz and Dallas Goedert also in the mix, targets will be tough.
