When listing the things you might have forgotten about 2010, in a recent edition of the Dave Dameshek Football Program, one of the biggies to come up was that Freeman threw just six interceptions in 2010. Six! And when you consider that he had a touchdown pass in his last 13 games and only one interception in his last eight games, that's pretty impressive.

There were many NFL experts who considered Benn more talented than rookie sensation Mike Williams, but Benn had only two touchdowns and one game in which he topped 100 yards. Benn should have a place at the end of your bench.

Manningham ended 2010 with three amazing games in which he had 346 yards and four touchdowns. Manningham will become the No. 2 receiver for the Giants with Steve Smith moving to Philadelphia and will be one of the best value picks in the draft.

The first jersey I will purchase when the Rams move back to Los Angeles is that of Bradford. Using four wide receivers and under the direction of offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, Bradford is poised for a monster season. Just don't start him in the first three weeks against the Eagles, Giants and Raven.

The second jersey I will purchase when the Rams move back to Los Angeles is that of Amendola. He will be the Wes Welker of this McDaniels-geared offense, and he will be a boon for those of you playing in PPR leagues. Not me, though, because I do not play in PPR leagues, because I love America.

There will be a time when the Jets realize that Greene is a better option than LaDainian Tomlinson. But you can't blame the Jets for squeezing everything out of LT during the regular season and riding Greene in the second half. That is the only thing keeping Green from being a true No. 1.

Felix Jones, Tashard Choice and DeMarco Murray all have injuries/consistency issues. Miller has started turning some heads in training camp. As I have said, if Miller does not become fantasy relevant this year, I will listen to Elliot Harrison's dissertation on the flex defense.

Ford is a favorite of coach Hue Jackson and should be a vital part of the Raiders' offense; do not let his broken hand scare you off. Ford should be available later in drafts and is expected to be the starter opposite Darrius Heyward-Bey in Week 1.

There will be a lot of hype around Jimmy Graham, but be on the lookout for Cook instead. Cook figures to be a focal point of the Titans' offense, and new quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has already raved about Cook in camp. And remember, Hasselbeck helped develop John Carlson in Seattle. This Cook could be the guy to grab after the "tight-end run" ends.

Being the No. 2 receiver on the Texans is akin to being one of the guys from 'N Sync not named Justin Timberlake. But that doesn't mean the Texans' No. 2 receiver can't have value. If you want to take a flier on one of the other Texans receivers, look for Jones to move past Kevin Walter this season.

With featured running backs being as rare as bankable TV shows from the cast of "Friends", it is important to take advantage of guys with featured roles in good offenses. Blount qualifies and, as Steve Wyche reported this week, Blount still has the desire to prove others wrong.

A lot of fantasy enthusiasts have been talking up teammate Jerome Simpson, but Shipley is going to be the guy who benefits the most from Jay Gruden's new West Coast offense. Forgive the Wes Welker comparisons for obvious reasons, but Shipley will become the security blanket for rookie quarterback Andy Dalton.

Hines Ward's best football days might be behind him, and Sanders has the best chance of picking up the slack despite being in a walking boot up until recently. But don't worry, the Steelers always pledge to run the ball more every season, but the offensive line dictates that Ben Roethlisberger sits back there and makes plays.
