J.J. Watt through the years
After a 12-year career in the NFL, the 2017 Walter Payton Man of the Year and 5-time All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt announced he will retire at the end of the 2022 season. He was a 5-time first team Pro Bowl selection and three-time Defensive Player of the Year. Watt led the NFL in sacks twice and the only player since 1982 with 20-plus sacks in multiple seasons.
