He has posted one winning record in his last six seasons as a head coach. Shanahan 1-5 in the playoffs without John Elway as his QB.

Tony Romo has a career record of 24-5 in the month of November. Romo is 12-17 in December and January combined.

The Lions and Ravens, who will meet in Week 15, have the NFL's two worst turnover differentials among teams with winning records. The Lions are at -10 (28th in NFL), while the Ravens are at -5 (25th). Only two other NFL teams have negative turnover differentials and a winning record: the Broncos (-2) and the Bengals (-1).
