The Patriots have not been friendly to opposing quarterbacks in 2019, to the tune of a 45.8 opponent passer rating (lowest in the NFL this season and lowest by any team in a season since the 1988 Vikings). Bad news for Carson Wentz, right? Not so fast. Since 2017, Wentz is 4-0 with 11 passing touchdowns and a 108.9 passer rating when facing defenses that entered the week ranked in the top five in opponent passer rating -- including wins over the Bills and Packers in 2019. Tom Brady averaged 8.2 yards/attempt vs the blitz in Weeks 1-5, with five touchdowns, one interception and a 102.1 passer rating on such passes. Brady has struggled vs the blitz since Week 6, as his yards/attempt (5.3), TD-INT ratio (0-2), and passer rating (51.6) have all declined. The Eagles increased their blitz percent from 19.4 in Weeks 1-4 to 31.0 in Weeks 5-9. The Eagles allowed a 64.4 passer rating on blitzes in Weeks 5-9, compared to 129.1 in Weeks 1-4.

Good news for Dak Prescott: The Lions rank 30th in total defense this season (402.1 total yards per game allowed), and Prescott is 5-0 with a 111.4 passer rating in his career against teams ranked 30th or worse in total defense entering the game. The bad news: Prescott is 1-6 on the road vs. non-divisional opponents since 2018, with two passing touchdowns, six interceptions and a 73.8 passer rating in those games.

The Bears may have broken Jared Goff. Goff was 11-1 and had 27 passing touchdowns and seven interceptions in 2018 prior to his Week 14 prime time game in Chicago. Goff had four interceptions and a career-low 19.1 passer rating in the Rams' 15-6 loss. Since (and including) that game, Goff is 7-6 and has 16 passing TDs and 14 INTs.

Since his Steelers debut in Week 3, Minkah Fitzpatrick has five interceptions in seven games. Fitzpatrick's five interceptions are tied with Devin McCourty for most in the NFL this season, and tied with Mike McKenzie (traded from Packers to Saints in 2004) for most in the Super Bowl era by a player after being traded mid-season. Fitzpatrick is the first Steelers player since Troy Polamalu in 2008 with an INT in three or more straight games, and he has more touchdowns in seven games with the Steelers (two) than Odell Beckham Jr. has with the Browns in 2019 (one).

Michael Thomas (first), Mike Evans (second) and Chris Godwin (fourth) rank in the top five in receiving yards this season, and all three play in Tampa Bay on Sunday. The last time three of the top five leaders in receiving yards (entering a week) played in the same game in Week 10 or later was Week 15, 2006. In that game, the Colts duo of Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison combined for four receiving touchdowns to lead the Colts to a 34-16 win over Chad Johnson and the Bengals, although none of the receivers had 100-plus receiving yards.

Kyler Murray has been pressured on 12.0 percent of his dropbacks this season, the lowest rate in the NFL. Murray has been able to avoid pressure by getting the ball out quickly (53.6 quick pass percentage, second-highest in NFL). The 49ers defense has pressured the QB on 30.5 pct of dropbacks this season (fifth-highest in NFL). Murray was pressured on 11.1 percent of dropbacks in Week 9 vs. San Francisco, the only game where the 49ers had a pressure rate below 20 percent in 2019.

Dalvin Cook is the first player with 1,400-plus scrimmage yards and 10-plus scrimmage touchdowns through his team's first 10 games since Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson in 2006. For those who don't remember, Tomlinson had 1,488 scrimmage yards and 22 touchdowns through 10 games in 2006 ... and finished the season with 2,323 scrimmage yards, an NFL single-season record 31 scrimmage touchdowns and the league MVP trophy.

Deshaun Watson and Lamar Jackson are the only two players in NFL history with 15-plus passing touchdowns, five-plus rushing touchdowns, and a 100-plus passer rating over their teams' first nine games of a season. There have been 5 games this season in which a player had a perfect 158.3 passer rating, and 3 of them belong to Lamar Jackson (2) and Deshaun Watson (1). This will be the fourth matchup in the Super Bowl era between 2 QBs that had at least 1 game with a perfect passer rating (min. 10 pass attempts) that season prior to the matchup. Watson vs Jackson is the first such meeting between 2 QBs in their first 3 NFL seasons. Lamar Jackson (130.3, 2nd-highest) & Deshaun Watson (122.7, 5th-highest) both rank in the top 5 in passer rating on passes down the seams this season. Watson and Jackson each have 12 pass TD targeting the seams, 2 more than the next closest QB on such passes.

Estadio Azteca will play host to the fourth regular season game in Mexico City in NFL history this week. The three previous regular season games in Mexico City averaged 85,766 fans -- 19,000-plus more fans than the average NFL game through Week 10 this season (66,679).
