Eddie Jackson has scored five defensive touchdowns since entering the NFL in 2017, that leads the NFL over the last two seasons and is tied with Erik McMillan for the most defensive touchdowns in a player's first two seasons since at least 1930. Jackson earned a coverage grade of 94.7 from Pro Football Focus, the highest by any player in the NFL (min. 300 coverage snaps).

George Kittle set the single-season record for receiving yards by a tight end last season with 1,377, snatching the honor from Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce roughly an hour after he had broken Rob Gronkowski's previous record of 1,327 receiving yards. Kittle was always picking up extra yards last season, as his 870 yards after catch led the NFL in 2018 and were the most yards after catch recorded in a single season by any player since at least 2010.

Fletcher Cox was selected to his fourth consecutive Pro Bowl and his first First-Team All-Pro in 2018 after becoming the Eagles' franchise leader in sacks among interior defensive linemen (10.5 in 2018, 44.5 in career). Cox's career-high 10.5 sacks trailed only Aaron Donald among defensive tackles in 2018. Cox also finished second among defensive tackles in quarterback hits (34) and quarterback pressures (61, per Next Gen Stats) in 2018.

Jalen Ramsey is one of three players in the NFL with multiple interceptions and 10-plus passes defensed in each of the last three seasons, and the only one to not miss a start in any of those seasons. Ramsey is one of two players in the NFL with at least 190 tackles (193), nine interceptions (9), and 40 passes defensed (44) since 2016.

Darius Leonard earned some serious hardware as a rookie with a First-Team All-Pro selection, Defensive Rookie of the Year award, and the most total tackles in the NFL. Leonard's 163 tackles were 19 more than the next closest player despite playing in only 15 games in 2018. Leonard made a tackle on 18.0 percent of his defensive snaps, the second-highest rate in the NFL last season behind fellow rookie Leighton Vander Esch (per Next Gen Stats). Leonard became only the third player since 2000 to record at least 160 tackles (163), two interceptions (2), and 2.0 sacks (7.0) in a single season, joining Hall of Famer Ray Lewis in 2001 and Paul Posluszny in 2013. Leonard's five games with at least 10 tackles and one sack in 2018 were the most such games in a season since 2004, when Tennessee linebacker Keith Bulluck also had five.

Russell Wilson joined Peyton Manning as the only players in NFL history with at least 3,000 passing yards and 20 pass touchdowns in each of their first seven seasons in the NFL. Wilson is money on deep passes, totaling 1,055 yards (2nd in NFL), 13 touchdowns (T-1st in NFL) and a 49.2 comp pct (1st in NFL) in 2018 (per Next Gen Stats, ranks among qualified QBs).

In 2018, Luke Kuechly earned his fifth First-Team All-Pro selection in the last six years (most in the NFL since 2013). Since he entered the league in 2012, Kuechly has racked up a league-leading 948 tackles, more than any player in their first seven seasons since 2000. Kuechly also has 16 interceptions and 24 total takeaways (interceptions + fumble recoveries) since 2012, the most among all linebackers in that span.

In the Super Bowl era, only Julio Jones has more receiving yards (5,575) in his first 60 career games than Odell Beckham Jr. (5,476); however, Beckham Jr. has only played in 59 career games. Beckham Jr. is the only player in NFL history with 1,000-plus receiving yards and multiple touchdown passes in a single season. Beckham Jr. became the first player since Eddie Kaw and Benny Boynton of the 1924 Buffalo Bisons to record multiple games with a touchdown pass and a receiving touchdown in a single season.

Stephon Gilmore earned his first selection to the First-Team All-Pro in 2018, thanks in part to a smothering 20 passes defensed (2nd in NFL). Gilmore was Pro Football Focus's second-highest graded corner in 2018, earning a coverage grade of 90.9, and forced the most incompletions with 25.

In 2018, Kelce became the first tight end in NFL history to record at least 100 receptions (103), 1,300 receiving yards (1,336) and 10 receiving touchdowns (10) in a single season. Kelce is the first tight end in NFL history to record at least 80 receptions and 1,000 receiving yards in three consecutive seasons, doing so in each of the last three. Kelce has totaled 271 receptions, 3,499 receiving yards and 22 receiving touchdowns since 2016 -- the only players to outdo him in all three categories over that span are Antonio Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, and Michael Thomas.
