Next Gen Stats for Week 11
Two Washington Redskins had two players among the top five fastest runs on their way to the end zone in Week 11. See who they were and more in this week's Next Gen Stats.

The fastest ball carriers on their way to the end zone during Week 11: Arizona Cardinals wide receiver J.J. Nelson (21.78), Washington Redskins wide receiver Andre Roberts (21.29), Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson (20.68), Miami Dolphins wide receiver Kenny Stills (20.54) and Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (19.68).

The fastest quarterback from scrimmage: Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins (20.50), San Francisco 49ers quarterback Blaine Gabbert (20.33), Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith (19.76), Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (19.58) and Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota (19.49).

Brock Osweiler has light years to go before warranting comparisons to Peyton Manning, but he provided something to the Broncos that Manning has never been able to: mobility. Manning has the 3rd-lowest average distance per drop back this season. Osweiler registered 12.67 yards per drop back against the Bears, above the league average of 11.18. He connected on passes of 18, 16, 31, and 10 on drop backs of 20+ yards.

Matthew Stafford's go-ahead touchdown run in the fourth quarter clocked in at 18.29 mph, his fastest speed as ball carrier since Week 6, 18.65 on a 1-yard run. It was the team's first rushing TD since Week 3.

Darren McFadden had a great day rushing the football with 129 yards but worked hard to get them, traveling an actual distance of 531.41 for 4.11 yards of distance per rushing yard gained.

Eddie Lacy reached 100 rushing yards for the first time this season and had his lowest distance run per scrimmage yard gained (4.37) since Week 4. He only topped 15 mph once all game.

Blaine Gabbert recorded a top-10 speed as ball carrier (20.33 mph) for the second game in a row on a 10-yard scramble. Despite being on a bye in Week 10, Gabbert owns 3 of the top 4 ball carrier speeds by quarterbacks in the last 3 weeks, 4 of the top 9 and 8 of the top 22.

Todd Gurley had his least efficient game as a pro. He needed to run 6.02 yards per scrimmage yard gained, well above his previous high of 5.18 in Week 9. He topped 15.00 mph just once and didn't have a carry longer than 7 yards.

DeAndre Hopkins recorded a top-10 fastest receiving touchdown of the week for the first time since Week 6 (19.68 mph), and his first in the top five all season. He had his best downfield game of the season, needing to run just 1.29 yards per receiving yard gained. His season average entering the week was 1.87.

Cam Newton had an efficient day en route to a career-high five touchdown passes. Entering the week with a season average 9.52 yards per drop back, Newton registered just 7.98 per drop back. Tom Brady currently owns the season's lowest average (8.67).
