Next Gen Stats for Week 15
Sammy Watkins notched the fastest speed of any player in Week 15. Find out how fast he ran and more interesting facts with this week's Next Gen stats.

This week's leaders for max speed (ball carrier) are: Bills' Sammy Watkins: 22.13 MPH; Chiefs' Charcandrick West: 21.74 MPH; Bills' Mike Gillislee: 21.40 MPH; Cowboys' Darren McFadden: 21.27 MPH; Browns' Raheem Mostert: 21.21 MPH

Odell Beckham caught 4 of 6 passes for 30 yards (including the game-tying touchdown) when covered by Josh Norman and was called for unsportsmanlike conduct on one of them. All in all Norman was thrown at 8 times, allowing 5 catches 28 yards and a touchdown. Norman was on the field for 47 pass plays and covered Beckham on 22 of them.

Sammy Watkins returned to the speed leaderboard for the second week in a row as the fastest player on a TD reception (22.13 mph) on his 48-yard bomb. It's the 2nd-fastest speed on a touchdown reception this season. Last week against Philadelphia, Watkins had the 4th-highest speed on his TD reception in the first quarter (21.15 mph).

Alex Smith was efficient in the pocket, averaging just 9.42 yards per drop back, but made plays with his legs when necessary. Smith recorded the two fastest speed by a quarterback as ball carrier this week on scrambles that resulted in first downs (19.43 and 18.92 mph).

Teddy Bridgewater had a near-perfect passer rating (154.4) throwing 4 touchdowns and just 3 incompletions.

Green Bay's defensive front forced Derek Carr out of the pocket regularly, and he was unable to deliver. Carr averaged 14.35 yard per drop back, well above his 10.68 season average.

Though Jeremy Hill found the end zone twice, the Bengals running backs had little room to run. Hill and Giovani Bernard covered an average of 6.95 yards per rushing yard gained, averaging 1.9 yards per carry.

Antonio Brown gave Chris Harris his worst outing in over two years. Harris allowed 13 receptions on 15 targets to Brown for 147 yards and 2 TD (his first since Week 12 of 2013). He matched up with Brown on 44 of 47 pass plays for which he was on the field.

David Johnson's monster game saw him cover just 2.93 yards per scrimmage yard gained (229 yards). He did it without using the game-breaking speed that earned him so many touchdowns earlier in the season. He topped 17.00 mph once on 33 touches.
