The fastest touchdowns this season were: Atlanta Falcons cornerback Robert Alford in Week 5 (22.60 mph), Carolina Panthers wide receiver Ted Ginn in Week 14 (22.44 mph), Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins in Week 15, (22.13 mph), Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson in Week 1 (22.05 mph) and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey in Week 2 (22.01 mph).

Despite Peyton Manning coming into the game early in the 3rd quarter, the Broncos didn't switch up much on offense. Gary Kubiak didn't call for a single play in pistol. Brock Osweiler ran 58.3% of plays from under center, Manning was under center 50.0%.

Without deep threat Ted Ginn, Cam Newton threw just five passes more than 15 yards down field, completing 2 for 72 yards and a touchdown.
