Beckham joined several other players in a tribute to the late Craig Sager. Beckham wore these cleats that drew inspiration from the many bold suits that Sager wore over the course of his career.

Beckham may have paid tribute to Sager for his in game cleats, but his pre-game cleats paid tribute to another staple of American television. Beckham wore a Homer Simpson inspired pink donut cleat that was designed by his friend and custom cleat God "Kickasso" (Kickasso also designed OBJ's Sager cleats).

Landry wore these low top Nike cleats that were designed by Kickasso and were inspired by Fred Flintstone's orange shirt with black polka dots on it.

Newton has had a rough year by any measure. He's overthrown tons of passes, he's tussled with officials over whether or not he is receiving rule protection, and this past week, a Redskins defender attempted to take a shot at Newton as he entered his slide. The only real carry over from last year's season and this year's abysmal one has been the fact that Newton continues to wear some terrific custom cleats.

After calling out Bryant for not remaining loyal to his Jumpman family, Bryant took the field in this pair of all black Jordan XII's. This is an early favorite for best Jumpan cleat cross over, but it could potentially be passed by the rumored Louis V low top VI's that Bryant cooked up with Kickasso.

Ginn wore these customized Panthers cleats for his Monday night game against the Washington Redskins. These Nike mid top cleats featured a custom Panthers paint job and Ginn's number on the heel.

Tate wore these wonderful Jordan IX custom cleats that were paying tribute to Craig Sager. Much like Beckham's cleats, these also feature designs that are inspired by the wide array of colorful and creative jackets that Sager wore.

Alford wore this pair of low top custom Under Armour cleats that were all black with an eerie sort of twilight zone white stripe fade throughout the cleat.
