NFL's best cleats: Week 13
Familiar faces break out new styles in Week 13. Take a look at the best footwear.

Cam Newton has worn the best-looking cleats when no one has been watching. Newton elects to warm up in a new color every week of the season. After the first few weeks, Newton stopped wearing this year's C1N1 cleat and began sporting a new Under Armour prototype that will be coming out next season. These C1N1 cleats pay tribute to Cam's alma mater (and fellow Under Armour school) Auburn.

Look at these things. They look like Under Armour's version of the Jordan XI's due to the use of either patent leather or something else that is giving the shoes its distinctive shine. As far as cleats are concerned, Cam is to Under Armour as LeBron and Kobe are to Nike. Newton's shoes long passed Calvin Johnson's relatively quiet and lackluster kicks, and the customized kicks have pushed him past Mike Vick (whose cleats once ruled the sport) into uncharted territory.

Mohamed Sanu is not necessarily an elite fantasy receiver and the bigger stars on his team often overshadow him. Yet, Sanu has given me a reason to tune-in and check in on him every single week. For a guy who is not getting new custom cleats from an athletic apparel company (like Newton or Antonio Brown), it should be both appreciated and applauded that he manages to wear some of the best cleats each and every week.

Odell Beckham Jr. wore a special set of Charlie Brown cleats for his warm-ups last week, and this week he chose to wear this pair of green and blue cleats with the New York City skyline and other New York landmarks etched onto the shoe. Beckham has not yet revealed whether these are limited run cleats coming from Nike, or if he paid to have them customized himself.
