Natalie was chosen by her teammates to represent the entire squad of Raiderettes. The guidelines for voting were to choose the Raiderette that best represents the team from appearance to performance and public speaking skills. Natalie has been an outstanding member of the squad for three seasons. The team is excited to have her back for another year as a line captain.

Kristina has had quite the year. In 2010, she had received honors as a fifth-year veteran, was announced as a first-year team captain (she was the Vikings' glamour captain last season), and was first runner-up to Miss Minnesota USA. Needless to say, her outstanding work ethic has really made her stand out amongst our team and had given our staff every reason to select her for this incredible honor. We are so proud of you, Kristina. With your glamorous, friendly and outgoing personality, you are going to represent the Minnesota Viking's organization and the MVC beautifully.

Tiffany's leadership qualities are an asset to the team. Her teammates look up to her and respect her contributions in all team activities. She began her career with the Titans in 2006 after graduating from the University of Alabama. She has been a line captain for three years and been voted the team's Miss Congeniality during the annual awards banquet. Off the field, Julia is a successful entrepreneur, having launched her own childrens accessory business, "Southern Jules," while also teaching childrens dance classes at a local studio. As a seven-year veteran of the Ravens Cheerleader program, Jaime was selected by her teammates to represent the Baltimore Ravens at the 2011 Pro Bowl. Jaime brings years of experience, talent and dedication to the Ravens team. She is always the first to try the most difficult stunts, and more often than not you will see her flying high above the crowd at M&T Bank Stadium. Her dance and stunt skills are top notch, but her leadership on the team is even more remarkable. She has been selected team captain for the last six years and spearheads many internal cheerleader projects. Jaime's fun-loving personality and rapport with the fans make her an all-around excellent cheerleader.

Sunny was chosen due to her leadership abilities, incredible skill sets, great moral fiber, and her beauty! She will lead our team as a captain in charge of choreography in 2011.
