1971 NFL Draft, fourth round, Miami Dolphins -- Theismann never played for the Dolphins, opting instead to go to the Canadian Football League. He then played 12 seasons for the Washington Redskins (1974-1985), leading the team to two Super Bowls -- winning Super Bowl XVII -- and earning league MVP honors in 1983. 1962 AFL Draft, 13th round, Boston Patriots -- Buoniconti played seven seasons for the Patriots (1962-68) and then seven seasons for the Miami Dolphins (1969-1976). He was a member of the Patriots team that advanced to the 1963 AFL championship game, as well as three Dolphins teams to advance to the Super Bowl, two that won the Super Bowl and one team that finished a season 17-0.
