Oakland Raiders head coach John Madden holds the ball which was used to score the winning touchdown against the Miami Dolphins in their Divisional Playoff game on Dec. 21, 1974, in Oakland. During the fourth quarter, Oakland Raiders running back Clarence Davis scored on an 8-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Ken Stabler.

On Dec. 26, 1976, Oakland Raiders quarterback Ken Stabler led the Raiders to a 24-7 victory over the Steelers and a spot in Super Bowl XI. Stabler had a 4-yard touchdown pass to Warren Bankston and a 5-yard touchdown pass to Pete Banaszak. Running back Clarence Davis also scored a 1-yard touchdown in the second quarter.

On Nov. 17,1968 the New York Jets led 32-29 with less than a minute left when NBC went to a commercial and never came back. "Heidi'' began and football fans missed the Oakland Raiders Charlie Smith and Preston Ridlehuber scoring touchdowns to win the game 43-32.

The Oakland Raiders secured their spot for Super Bowl XXXVII when they won the AFC championship title against the Tennessee Titans on Jan. 19, 2003. Oakland Raiders quarterback Rich Gannon, running back Charlie Garner, and full back Zack Crockett all scored touchdowns to secure the win.

On Saturday, Dec. 18, 1976, the Oakland Raiders beat the New England Patriots in an AFC divisional playoff game. Running back Mark van Eeghen and quarterback Ken Stabler secured the game with two 1-yard touchdown runs.

On Oct 24,1999, the Oakland Raiders beat the New York Jets 24-23. Oakland Raiders quarterback Rich Gannon threw a 45-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Tim Brown and a 5-yard pass to wide receiver James Jett. In the fourth quarter Zack Crockett also ran a 3-yard touchdown.

On Nov 27, 2016, Oakland Raiders defensive end Khalil Mack led the Raiders to the playoffs for the first time since 2002 by snagging the interception off of Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton and returning it for a touchdown.

On Sept. 12, 1976 during the Oakland Raiders season opener game against the Pittsburgh Steelers the Raiders overcame a 14 point deficit. The Freds really came through: Fred Biletnikoff scored on a 21-yard touchdown from Ken Stabler and Fred Steinfort scored a 21-yard field goal. Stabler also rushed for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

On Oct. 19. 2017 the Oakland Raiders beat the Kansas City Chiefs 31-30 during a TNF game. Oakland Raiders wide receiver Michael Crabtree scored the winning touchdown in the last play after the game was extended by two straight defensive holding calls.

The Oakland Raiders beat the Houston Oilers during a playoff game on December 22, 1963. During this wild game, Claude Gibson had a 69-yard punt return for touchdown in the first quarter. Wide receiver Art Powell had four touchdowns from quarterback Tom Flores. Lastly Mike Mercer had a 39-yard field goal in the last quarter.

On Oct 11, 2015, Oakland Raiders cornerback Charles Woodson had the greatest game during his final year. Woodson intercepted Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning pass to Owen Daniels, as well as second interception during the third quarter intended for wide receiver Demaryius Thomas.

During the AFL Championship game on December 31, 1967, the Oakland Raiders beat the Houston Oilers 40-7. Raiders running back Hewritt Dixon scored a 69-yard touchdown rush in the second quarter. Quarterback Daryle Lamonica secured the game after throwing touchdown passes to Bill Miller and Dave Kocourek.

The Raiders defeated the Houston Oilers, 27-7 in the AFC wildcard playoff game on Sunday, Dec. 28, 1980. Oakland Raiders quarterback Jim Plunkett threw a 44-yard touchdown pass to Arthur Whittington. In the fourth quarter, Lester Hayes had a 20-yard interception return to win the game.

On Oct. 9, 1997 the Oakland Raiders beat the Denver Broncos 28-25. Running back Napoleon Kaufman ran up the middle for 57 yards in the first quarter and ran for an 83-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

On Sept. 29, 2002 the Oakland Raiders defeated the Tennessee Titans 52-25. Oakland Raiders defensive back Rod Woodson intercepted three of Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair passes. During the third quarter Woodson scored an 82-yard touchdown.
