How can Peterson's fantasy value rise any higher? Give him more touches as a receiver. That's the plan under Turner, who has coached some of the best running backs in the history of the NFL during his time as a coach and coordinator. The top-rated fantasy player on my board, Peterson is a good candidate to catch 50-plus passes in addition to the 275-plus carries he's almost guaranteed to receive as the offensive centerpiece.

Griffin III is coming off a forgettable 2013 campaign, but things still look bright moving forward. He'll be back at 100 percent, and a full training camp and preseason should do him well. Gruden's offense led to Andy Dalton throwing the football an average of almost 37 times per game last season, and he's already said he won't change RGIII's style of play. He's going to be a potential draft bargain among quarterbacks in 2014.

Calvin Johnson has finished no worse than second in fantasy points among wide receivers in each of the last three seasons ... all under Linehan. That's good news for Bryant, who was a forgotten man at times in 2013 under the duo of coach Jason Garrett and former OC Bill Callahan. Entering a contract year and the prime of his career, Bryant could push to become the top-scoring wide receiver in all of fantasy football.

Gordon came out of nowhere to finish tied with Calvin Johnson in fantasy points last season, but don't think the loss of OC Norv Turner is going to have a bad effect on him moving forward. Shanahan has known where his bread is buttered in the past, as Andre Johnson and Pierre Garcon have been target monsters in his system. Owners shouldn't have any second thoughts about picking Gordon in the second round of drafts.

Martin is back to 100 percent after suffering an injured shoulder last season, and I'm expecting him to return to a featured role under Tedford. In fact, the Buccaneers are a virtual lock to lean on him as the centerpiece of the offense. Tedford's attack is also based on the run, so the "Muscle Hamster" is going to be in a great position to find success. Look for Martin to be drafted in the second round in 2014.

Murray is coming off a breakout season, finishing among the 10 best running backs in fantasy points. He also proved to be a solid pass catcher, hauling in 52 passes out of the backfield. That's a real asset in Linehan's offense, which produced not one but two top-20 fantasy runners (Reggie Bush, Joique Bell) in 2013. Murray is also in a contract year, so he'll be in prime position to have another very solid campaign.

Former offensive coordinator Jay Gruden prefers to throw the football -- the Bengals were 18th in rush attempts last season -- while Jackson likes to lean on his running backs. That's been evident in such runners as Stephen Davis, Darren McFadden and Michael Bush (among others), who all found statistical success in Jackson's offense. Bernard, who is far more talented than BenJarvus Green-Ellis, will be a breakout candidate.

Tate's stock is on the rise after signing with the Browns, who will no doubt use him as a featured runner in the offensive attack. Shanahan has had good success with backs in the past, as both Steve Slaton and Alfred Morris posted top-10 fantasy numbers under his watch. Tate is also a great fit for Shanahan's zone-blocking scheme, making him a potential breakout candidate both on the field and in fantasy circles.

Patterson looked a lot like a fantasy superstar at the end of his rookie campaign, ranking among the best players at his position over the last four weeks. Now he'll play in an offense under Turner that has spawned a ton of fantasy superstars at the wide receiver position, including Josh Gordon last season. Also keep in mind that the Vikings should upgrade at the quarterback position, which makes Patterson even more attractive.

Wright might have scored just two touchdowns last season, but he also caught 94 balls and finished among the top-20 players at his position in PPR leagues. He'll be even better under Whisenhunt, who has coached great receivers like Larry Fitzgerald and Hines Ward while also helping Keenan Allen become a valuable asset in San Diego last season. Wright is now someone to target in all leagues, not just PPR formats.

Pitta is a pending free agent, but I'd be shocked if the Baltimore Ravens let him leave this offseason. Kubiak has always used the tight end position in his offenses -- Shannon Sharpe and Owen Daniels come to mind -- which makes Pitta a potential targets machine in a pass attack that lacks for playmakers outside of Torrey Smith. Don't be shocked to see him finish among the five-best fantasy football tight ends in 2014.

Rice is coming off a disastrous season in the stat sheets, but the addition of Kubiak should put him in position to bounce back in 2014. Kubiak has coached a ton of fantasy stars at the NFL level, a list that includes Terrell Davis, Clinton Portis, Steve Slaton and Arian Foster, and few coordinators are better at running the zone-blocking scheme. Rice, who dealt with a bad hip last season, should also be back at 100 percent.

Stafford finished among the 10 best quarterbacks in fantasy football last season, but he wasn't at all consistent down the stretch. Caldwell should help, as he has coached Super Bowl champion signal-callers like Peyton Manning and Joe Flacco. Stafford will also benefit from the addition of new OC Joe Lombardi, who worked as both quarterbacks coach and an offensive assistant with Drew Brees while in New Orleans.

If you follow the NFL, you know how much Linehan likes to throw the football. If you don't, take into consideration that Matthew Stafford threw the rock no fewer than 634 times in each of his three seasons in Linehan's offense. Romo has posted over 634 pass attempts in a season just once in that same time frame. Barring any setbacks in his return from a back operation, Romo could become a serious bargain in 2014 drafts.

We love the impact of Norval in fantasy land, as he always seems to produce new superstars in the stat sheets. Last season, his offense helped transform Jordan Cameron into one of the NFL's best tight ends. He's also coached former No. 1 fantasy tight ends like Jay Novacek, Antonio Gates and Randy McMichael during his career. Rudolph, who is entering a contract year, should rebound from what was a poor 2013 season.

Cruz was one of the biggest disappointments in fantasy football last season, but let's be honest ... the Giants entire pass attack was a train wreck. With Kevin Gilbride out and McAdoo in, Cruz and the G-Men's passing game should have new life heading into the 2014 campaign. Also keep in mind what McAdoo was able to do with Randall Cobb out of the slot in Green Bay. Cruz could turn into a nice draft bargain.

Tate's move from Seattle to Detroit makes him a more viable starting option in fantasy leagues, and that's due in large part to a change from a run-laden offense to one that will throw the football more often under Caldwell. The sure-handed veteran out of Notre Dame should see more time out of the slot in the Motor City, which fits his skill set well. Tate could be in line for his first 1,000-yard campaign in the NFL.

Tannehill ranked 16th in fantasy points among quarterbacks last season, and that was despite being sacked a league-high 58 times. Lazor, who helped Nick Foles break out last season as the quarterbacks coach in Philadelphia, will bring a more creative and aggressive pass attack. That's good news for Tannehill, who should continue to rise up the statistical ranks and has some definite sleeper appeal this season.

Allen, who is coming off an injured hip, should be considered a potential deep sleeper in fantasy football among tight ends. That's due in part to the presence of Chudzinski, who is known as the tight end whisperer and was hired as a special assistant to OC Pep Hamilton. Chudzinski will no doubt look to get Allen involved in the offense. Coby Fleener is also in the mix, but Allen is the better option.

Manning is coming off a dreadful 2013 campaign, and at the age of 33 he could be entering a career decline. The Giants hope that's not the case, as the addition of McAdoo was made in part to jump start Manning. The new Giants coordinator is looking to install a faster and more uptempo attack, which should bode well for Manning and a pass attack that was downright ugly last season.
