Nelson finished 11th in scoring among wide receivers with 179.4 fantasy points, and that was without Aaron Rodgers under center for almost eight full games. Nelson's a safe bet to finish among the top 10 wideouts in 2014.

As the No. 1 option in Pittsburgh's passing attack, Brown did not disappoint last season. He set career highs in receptions (110), receiving yards (1,499) and touchdowns (eight) for a total of 198.9 fantasy points and an seventh place finish at his position. He'll look to replicate those totals this season.

To call Morris' sophomore campaign a slump or disappointment would be flat wrong. The rusher managed 1,275 yards and scored seven times -- good enough for a 15th place finish among running backs. Morris is one of the safest names to target as an RB2 with RB1 upside.

Despite missing the first three games of the season as he recovered from offseason injuries, Bell still managed to finish 14th in fantasy scoring among running backs. He'll now be splitting some time with LeGarrette Blount, but Bell will be the workhorse for the Steelers offense.

Martin lost most of his season to a shoulder injury, but didn't look like the running back fantasy owners fell in love with in 2012 prior to going down. Martin will be motivated in 2014, and figures to get the lion's share of the carries in Tampa Bay's backfield.

Atlanta's premier pass-catcher was on pace for over 1,800 receiving yards before he rebroke a bone in his foot in Week 5. Now fully healthy, he's a near lock to finish in the top 10 scoring fantasy wideouts once again.

Coming off of back-to-back top-five fantasy finishes among wide receivers, Marshall is in the prime of his career, is working with a quarterback he trusts and in an offense that will allow him to put up monster numbers once again. He should never make it out of the second round in fantasy drafts.

Green has basically been a lock as a WR1 since he entered the league as a rookie. He's posted better than 1,000 receiving yards every season, and has had 11 touchdowns in each of the last two years. Even with pass-happy offensive coordinator Jay Gruden out of the picture, Green will deliver again in 2014.

The long-time titan of fantasy running backs suffered a setback last season when injuries finally caught up to him. If Foster can stay healthy, he'll once again be the centerpiece of the Texans attack and could return to fantasy glory.

Had he not missed seven games last season with a broken collarbone, Rodgers most certainly would have finished near the top of the quarterbacks in fantasy scoring. He and his offense are fully healthy for 2014, which means big numbers shouldn't be far away.

Not only is Brees the only quarterback in NFL history to throw for over 5,000 yards multiple times, but he's done it three years in a row. His offense is loaded with weapons new (Brandin Cooks) and old (Jimmy Graham) and he'll once again be one of the top scoring quarterbacks in fantasy.

The top option in the top offense with the top quarterback in the NFL is a no-brainer as the No. 3 wideout in fantasy. Thomas has had more than 1,400 receiving yards in in back-to-back seasons, and figures to approach that number again in 2014.

Bryant has posted consecutive seasons with 12-plus touchdowns and 1,200-plus yards and shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, he looks even better so far this preseason. The Dallas defense is a mess, and the Cowboys will need to score points to win games in 2014. Plenty of those points will come at the hands of Bryant.

Even though he received just north of 200 touches, Bernard was able to make the most of those and turned them into 166.9 fantasy points, good enough for a 16th place finish among running backs. His new offensive coordinator Hue Jackson loves to run the football and Bernard is without a doubt the top option in the backfield. He has a chance for a true breakout season in 2014.

Murray offers the Cowboys (and fantasy owners) a dangerous dual threat, as he gashed teams on the ground (1,121 yards) and through the air (350 yards) in 2013. Murray figures to play an even bigger role for Dallas this season, even if head coach Jason Garrett is tossing around that "committee" word.

After struggling at the start of his rookie campaign, Ball came on strong at the end of the season. He's so high on this list primarily because he has Peyton Manning handing him the football. Despite an offseason appendectomy, Ball should be racking up fantasy points as soon as the regular season arrives.

Last season's fantasy scoring champ might have a tough time replicating his totals from last year, but won't have any trouble scoring oodles of fantasy points. Even if Manning had thrown 13 fewer touchdowns last season, he still would have led all quarterbacks in scoring. His offense is still stacked with talent and he'll be motivated in 2014.

The undisputed king of the tight ends enters 2014 with a new contract and a fully healthy body. Graham endured numerous injuries last season yet still managed to lead all tight ends in scoring with 217.5 points. His dominance is so severe that the second highest scoring tight end was 56.5 points behind him (Vernon Davis).

What else needs to be said about Megatron? He's finished among the top three scoring fantasy wide receivers for three years in a row. The addition of Golden Tate as the No. 2 option behind Johnson in Detroit makes him that much safer as the top wide receiver in fantasy, as teams won't be able to double cover him every play.

"Beast Mode" scared fantasy owners this offseason with his training camp holdout, but he returned in time to put those fears to rest. Lynch has endured an immense workload over the last three seasons, but we're not ready to start doubting him yet. Fantasy owners shouldn't either.

Lacy burst onto the scene last season, leading all rookies in rushing yards, touchdowns and fantasy points. And he managed this despite facing frequent eight-man fronts while Rodgers was sidelined with his collarbone injury. Lacy could be in line for an even bigger fantasy season as he becomes more of a focal point in the passing attack in the Packers up-tempo offense.

It appears Forte is finally getting his due respect in fantasy circles. The long underrated rusher for the Bears delivered a monster season under new head coach Marc Trestman, posting career highs pretty much across the board. He will once again be the main man for the Bears in 2014, and should come off the board early in fantasy drafts.

The Kansas City offense runs through Charles, more so than almost any other offense does through one player, which makes him such a valuable fantasy commodity. He likely won't score 19 touchdowns again, but double digits is certainly not out of the question.

Few running backs leave defenders grasping at air quite like "Shady" McCoy. He thrived in Chip Kelly's offense last season, and that won't change in 2014. The arrival of Darren Sproles won't hurt McCoy's value at all. He still deserves to be one of the first names called in any fantasy draft.

Even in injury shortened seasons (like last year), Peterson has never scored fewer than 10 touchdowns. He's the most consistent player in fantasy football, which is why he's No. 1 year after year. Add into the mix that he should see more work in the passing game under new offensive coordinator Norv Turner, and there's little doubt that Peterson is the top fantasy option in 2014.
