Rodgers carved up the Chiefs defense last week, and now gets the 49ers squad who have conceded 49.2 fantasy points to opposing signal callers in the last two weeks. It's no surprise he's at the top of this list.

Jones received 20 targets in Week 3, and is on pace for 245 on the season. That won't hold, but what will is Jones' tremendously high week-to-week ceiling. He's our consensus No. 1 WR this week.

Baltimore has been extremely tough against the run, but that hasn't scared us off of Bell this week. He looked great in his first regular season action last week, and with Big Ben on the sideline the whole offense will likely funnel through the Michigan State product.

So far, the Raiders have allowed 297 yards and five touchdowns to opposing tight ends. Even with Jimmy Clausen under center, that's enough for us to make the Black Unicorn our top ranked tight end this week.

Not far behind Bennett is Olsen, who finally found the end zone last week (twice). He's been a target monster (28) so far this season and should continue to be so against the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Even though Brown lost Ben Roethlisberger for several weeks, we still like his odds of being fed targets in the Pittsburgh offense. His new quarterback, Michael Vick, will likely look Brown's way a ton against Baltimore on a short week.

So yeah, we're thinking Adrian Peterson is officially back now. The Vikings offense has added another gear with Peterson tearing it up in the trenches. He faces a tough challenge against the stout Broncos front, but his volume and natural ability should help him produce.

Palmer has torn apart opposing secondaries for three consecutive weeks. We like his chances to go four-for-four against the suspect St. Louis secondary on Sunday.

Charles didn't rack up a ton of yardage against the Packers, but found the end zone three times. Those trends will probably flip back to the norm this week against the Bengals, but No. 25 should produce as always in fantasy.

The Giants finally started targeting Beckham more, and look what happened? He found the end zone in each of the last two weeks. Buffalo has a solid defense, but OBJ has the transcendent ability to turn in another solid outing.

Kelce quietly put together a solid night in Green Bay, but at some point the Chiefs brass have to realize what a game-changer he is and start feeding him more, right? RIGHT? RIGHT!?!

Ryan has found a lot of success this year targeting Julio Jones, completing 74 percent of his passes for 440 yards with four touchdowns and zero interceptions. Don't expect that to change this week.

Welcome back to the top of the wide receiver mountain, A.J. Green! After gashing the suspect Ravens secondary, Green likely won't find much more resistance against the backend of the Chiefs defense that was routinely schooled by James Jones last week.

In a Gronk-less week (he's on his bye), the rest of the tight end crop has risen up in the ranks. Finding the end zone again in Week 3 helped Graham's stock rise, but we still need to see more before elevating him to the top of the TE pile.

Cobb finally looked fully healthy on Monday Night Football, and torched the Chiefs for almost 100 total yards and three touchdowns. He should have a field day against the 49ers secondary in Week 4.

Even though Luck currently has more turnovers (eight) than his entire team does offensive touchdowns (seven), we are hoping what we saw in the fourth quarter last week was this offense turning a corner, and not a fluke. A juicy matchup against the Jaguars defense could be very telling for the rest of Luck's season.

Superman has put up back-to-back super weeks in fantasy, and will look to make it three against the Buccaneers. Cam is proving to be worth every penny for the Panthers, and is looking like a draft day steal for owners who took him.

Despite putting up a goose egg in the stat sheets last week, Eifert was targeted officially three times, but more if you count plays erased by penalties. He is a focal point of this offense and will continue to get his in fantasy.

How long can D.T. continue to bail out Peyton Manning on poorly thrown passes? Until he stops performing like a beast, he'll continue to appear in our top 25 ranked players list.

Reed is owned in a shockingly low percentage of NFL.com leagues, despite ranking third at his position in targets (26) and third in receiving yardage (241). With DeSean Jackson likely sidelined for at least another week, Reed has a safe floor against the Eagles purely on the volume of looks he'll receive.

Lacy looked pretty spry on his injured ankle on Monday night, spinning and jumping about as well as a guy his size can en route to 87 total yards. He'll likely get even more of the workload on Sunday against a 49ers defense that was taken to task by the aging DeAngelo Williams and aging Chris Johnson in back-to-back weeks.

Don't look now, but the Red Rifle is third highest scoring fantasy quarterback, trailing only Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and Carson Palmer in touchdown passes. He might have finally turned the corner this year, and has a nice matchup against the Chiefs this week.

Through three weeks, Taylor has shown us he can be a starting fantasy quarterback without using his legs -- long thought to be his best fantasy asset. He's become a week-in, week-out starter and should make hay against the Giants defense this weekend.

Forte performed admirably against the Seahawks, but the game script got away from him. He should be able to rebound nicely against the Raiders this week.

Murray has emerged as an RB1 in the rejuvenated Oakland offense alongside Derek Carr and Amari Cooper. This week, he gets to run at an already porous Bears defense that just traded away Jared Allen and Jon Bostic.
