Here's a news flash to anybody out there in fantasy land -- if you have Rodgers, you will likely win. In a week in which no one eclipsed 400 passing yards, Rodgers was his typical self, throwing for 310 yards and three touchdowns.

A large number of fantasy enthusiasts were not ready to go all-in on the new Rex Grossman this season. On Sunday, they were rewarded for their patience. Grossman is owned in only 8 percent of fantasy leagues, and those poor souls who started him received negative points. But don't rush out to pick up John Beck, either.

Anybody who started Bradshaw was a huge winner on Sunday, after the Giants running back scored three touchdowns. So what if his production was thanks in part to three Giants wideouts being stopped within 5 yards of the goal line against the Bills. That's just what makes people who played Eli Manning -- like yours truly -- the biggest losers.

Turner deserves some recognition, too, considering that he ran for 139 yards and a pair of TDs. With Roddy White held in check by the Panthers, Turner's running was a welcomed relief for fantasy players trying to get something from the Falcons' studs.

Despite reports of Tim Hightower starting, the smart money was on Torain getting the majority of the carries against an Eagles squad that came into the game allowing the most points to fantasy running backs. Torain did get the most attempts (10) but only managed 22 yards. Establishing a running game with Grossman turning the ball over four times, however, is tough to do.

We have a Colston sighting! We've been waiting for a breakout performance, and it came against the Buccaneers as he recorded 118 yards and a touchdown. But be careful, trying to pick the top Saints receiver every week can be as difficult as trying to pick your favorite Iron Maiden song. Colston certainly seems like the top fantasy WR option in New Orleans going forward, though.

It's getting harder to bench Nelson each week. The Packers provide the same challenges as the Saints with Rodgers spreading the ball almost evenly to all his receivers. But I like Nelson over James Jones in the long term because Nelson is the much more reliable pass catcher.

We have been calling him Victory for some time now, but only those going against Cruz this week were victorious. Cruz had been a target machine the past couple of weeks, however, he was targeted only four times against the Bills. This should be just a one-week blip, but please continue to monitor this situation.

Colston might be the top receiver for the Saints, but Graham is the most reliable player in their passing attack at this point. Graham was targeted 11 times against the Bucs and finished with 124 yards. He has topped 100-yard receiving mark in four consecutive games.

Davis disappeared on Sunday, recording only eight receiving yards. As a guy who has been against fractional points for the longest time, at least we were able to get something from Davis against the Lions. But don't worry, Davis will give you about as many fantasy points on his bye in Week 7 as he did in Week 6. So stay positive.

The Ravens kicker was on fire Sunday, chipping in with 17 fantasy points. Cundiff nailed three field goals from the 40-49 range to lead all kickers.

The Texans have put some big points on the board this year, but Rackers managed just a pair of extra points on Sunday. All you ask for is that your kicker doesn't kill you, but that is exactly what Rackers did.

Harbaugh came off looking pretty good when he quipped that he must have shook Jim Schwartz's hand too strongly, causing the dustup after the 49ers' win over the Lions. And Harbaugh never gave up on Frank Gore, which also has helped us.

It all comes down to one word: Shanahanigans.
