GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Ticketing

The NFL is committed to providing a first-class experience to all of its fans. Tickets for Opening Night are currently available by visiting: SuperBowl.com/OpeningNight

Tickets are $20, inclusive of all Ticketmaster and venue fees.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available throughout Caesars Superdome.

If you are located on the 100 Plaza level, visit the Guest Relations Center adjacent to Section 135 to request accessible seating. If you are currently on the 200 Loge level, 300 level or 500 Terrace level, identify a stadium usher or attendant for available accessible seats nearest your section.

Transportation and Parking

Parking for general public and Opening Night fueled by Gatorade ticket holders will not be available for advance purchase in and around Caesars Superdome. To help manage the high parking demand and anticipated congestion from heavy event traffic, the City of New Orleans strongly encourages locals and Opening Night visitors to use public transit or rideshare apps for their travel needs.

If parking is needed, it is recommended to make arrangements in advance to ensure availability.

A few sites tracking information and real-time NOLA parking inventory and offer accessible parking options:

For information about Paratransit Service, visit the Transit Accessibility page at https://www.norta.com/ride-with-us/know-before-you-go/transit-accessibility/paratransit-service. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles can also be requested through rideshare apps. The designated drop-off / pick-up location is at Duncan Plaza.

For more information about accessible parking locations and their proximity to fan entry points, please contact the Mobility Assistance Program at superbowlada@gmail.com or (888)745-1455.

Accessible Entrances

All Caesars Superdome entries are accessible. The Mobility Assistance team, easily identified by their blue vests, is available at all entrances to provide wheelchair assistance as needed. Accessible ramps are located on the east side of Caesars Superdome, offering access to the plaza level and stadium gates. Once inside the stadium, all gates are equipped with elevators and escalators to reach different levels. Elevators are prioritized for guests requiring accessible accommodations.

NFL Clear Bag Policy

Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the stadium, but if necessary, clear bags outlined in the Clear Bag Policy are permissible.

The NFL does allow exceptions for special medical equipment after proper inspection. Security will be present at stadium entrances to screen these bags.

Can fans bring special items into Opening Night because of a medical condition?

Yes. While outside food and drink is ordinarily not allowed inside Caesars Superdome, exceptions will be made for fans with a special medical dietary restriction.

Additionally, medical items such as a fan requiring insulin, or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fan's name. Out of concern for the event staff who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the First Aid stations Plaza 134, 147, Loge 235, 277, Terrace 527, 557. (see the First Aid locations on our event site maps in the NFL OnePass app). Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins in the stadium.
