We are continuously focused on identifying, developing and retaining top performers through our internship programs and rotational program. Through our offerings, students will gain exposure across our businesses while making meaningful connections and be introduced to exciting career opportunities.

The NFL Summer Internship Program is a paid opportunity for rising undergraduate seniors, MBA candidates and law school students that allows participants to contribute to the organization's success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. The NFL FILMS Internship Program is known for offering an applied approach to learning. Our award-winning staff is willing to assist and mentor individuals with a serious desire to further their studies and achieve their career goals. Incorporated into the internship program are seminars that cover topics such as navigating the unique employment landscape in the television and film production industry, the importance of networking, freelancing, and Q & A sessions with executives and former interns.

The Rotational Program is a highly selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to four rotations over a two-year period across a variety of departments and office locations. If you are an undergraduate senior looking to enhance your business exposure and management skills, this program will offer you an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself into the world of professional football through a series of challenging work assignments, League events, and networking opportunities.
