Chiefs LB Edwards, CB Surtain both inactive

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs had three starters inactive for Sunday's game against Denver, while the Broncos had one.

Reserve linebacker Napoleon Harris was sidelined, as well.

The Chiefs also released wide receiver Marques Hagans and signed linebacker Weston Dacus to the active roster off their practice squad. B.J. Sams, who returned kicks last week at Atlanta, was also inactive.

For Denver, defensive tackle Dewayne Robertson was inactive with a knee injury. Also inactive were safety Vernon Fox, guard Dylan Gandy, wide receiver Darrell Jackson and defensive tackle Josh Shaw.
