News leaked Tuesday and Wednesday about the latest details that could lead to human growth hormone testing of NFL players by the start of this season.
However, USA Today's Christine Brennan wrote that fans shouldn't be lulled into thinking the latest developments mean this issue is closed. Rather, she said the NFL Players Association's plan on HGH testing is another delay tactic.
Brennan said Tygart knows what he's talking about. After all, he was the man who brought down famed cycling star Lance Armstrong, who earlier this year admitted doping during his seven Tour de France championship races.
And, Brennan said, players are growing impatient, too.
