- Colts Blitz reported that Indianapolis Colts cornerback Vontae Davis will donate a $1,000 equipment grant to Oxen Hill (Maryland) High School's football program as part of a venture with USA Football.
- BaltimoreRavens.com reported that Ravens guard Marshal Yanda will donate a $1,000 equipment grant his high school, Anamosa High in Iowa, in conjunction with USA Football.
- The Sioux Falls (South Dakota) Argus Leader reported that the Heads Up Football program will be the basis for a new youth football league, the Siouxland Youth Football League.
