HGH testing of players closer to becoming reality in NFL

The NFL and NFL Players Association have agreed to a protocol for the population study involved in human growth hormones, the latest step in the process for implementation of HGH testing.

Albert Breer of NFL.com reported Monday that the agreement came late last week during the lengthy process that has been part of the dispute over HGH testing. Despite a two-year negotiation, Breer said the agreement is not complete.
