Inside the Schedule

The Cardinals flew out to a 9-1 start and while injuries conspired to slow the team down later in the season, Arizona still made its first playoff appearance since 2009. This season, they'll face an NFC West slate featuring teams that have undergone notable facelifts. The Redbirds are well-positioned to make a return trip to the postseason as long as they can keep their key players on the field.

    Key Games

Week 6 at Steelers: Call it the Bruce Arians Bowl. Arians made a name for himself as Pittsburgh's offensive coordinator for five seasons under Mike Tomlin. Now the pair of Bill Cowher protégés face off in what could be a matchup of playoff teams.

Week 10, at Seahawks: If you're going to be the best, you have to beat the best. After losing a pair of one-sided games against the reigning division champs last season, this will be a measuring stick contest for the Cards.

Week 16 vs. Packers: The Packers once again should be one of the teams to beat in the NFC. Arizona will have its work cut out for it trying to slow down Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay's high-flying offense.
