Inside the Schedule

Between a lackluster QB rotation and a defense that took time to find its stride, the Rams had a rollercoaster season in 2014. There is hope that a new quarterback can bring a new outlook to St. Louis. Regardless, the Rams will need to be better to hang around in the ultra-competitive NFC West.

    Key Games

Week 1, vs. Seahawks: Everyone in the division is measuring themselves to the Seahawks. Last season, the Rams hung on for a two-point win over the 'Hawks in the dome. They'll try to defend home field again this year.

Week 2, at Redskins:Sam Bradford might not be in St. Louis anymore, but as long as Robert Griffin III is collecting mail in D.C., these two teams will remain linked to one another.

Week 8, at 49ers: This longstanding division rivalry could have renewed excitement after San Francisco's tumultuous offseason. If the Rams want to move out of the NFC West basement, beating the Niners is a good first step.
