  • OLB BJ Ojulari suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during Friday's practice and will miss the 2024 season, NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe reported, per a source.

  • QB Andy Dalton will be out two to three weeks with his calf injury, coach Dave Canales told reporters.
  • RB Jonathon Brooks (knee) will not play during the preseason and could start the season on the PUP list, coach Dave Canales said. Brooks could make his Panthers debut around Week 3 or 4.
  • TE Ian Thomas (calf) is going to be out for "some time," Canales told reporters. The TE's availability for Carolina's Week 1 game at New Orleans is in question, Canales added.
